I am having Smart Lipo with suction done on my upper back and flanks in a few days. I also plan to have a Tummy tuck, Breast augmentation with Lift and possibly Brazilian butt lift with Fat grafting.
I almost forgot that I will also be having a Bladder lift soon. How long should I wait between surgeries and in what order should I have them?

The most important factor is your safety. Board-certified plastic surgeons and accredited surgical facilities have expertise to help you achieve your changes safely. Discuss your concerns with your surgeon, and expect pre-op, intra-op and post-op measures to minimize the risks.
I would not generally recommend having all those procedures at once. The tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) would be a logical match with the bladder tack procedure. Breast augmentation can be combined with tummy tuck.
If you are going to have fat graft (the Brazilian buttock procedure), you should not have ultrasonic or laser-assisted liposuction. You should consider tumescent lipo combined with fat graft. This gives you more healthy fat tissue to transfer / graft. Fat removal from the flanks and back combines well with fat graft to the buttocks. The buttock fat graft results will be better if you do not have to be positioned face-up for additional procedures at the same operation. I would minimize lying on the recently treated buttocks.

Can someone plese be straight? For the good of the good ole patient.
I am looking to slim down my torso I would love to do Smart Lipo but one PS told me that it could be toxic to do upper /lower ab and flanks and chin at the same time and suggests a Tummy Tuck -Mind you he has Smart lipo and does not believe skin "tightens" but the posts here claim they do. Is there anyone honest in the NJ area?

I don't blame you for being confused by the various claims. As a board-certified plastic surgeon specializing in breast and cosmetic surgery you can take my advice for what it is worth.
I suggest you focus your attention on finding an experienced surgeon you can trust. Ask friends and neighbors. Ask your primary care physician (or their nurse). Ask women at your gym, hair salon, etc. Your county medical society may offer a referral service.
Notice I DID NOT say to decide which procedure you should have first. It's not about the operation method! It's about the man or woman doing the operation! You want the best surgeon to examine you and discuss your options. Then decide what you want.
You may need to consult a few different surgeons before you make an educated decision. And that will set you straight...
