Breast Surgery
Breast augmentation and other breast enhancements, like breast lifts, are among the most popular procedures in my South Carolina practices. Abdominoplasty
Tummy tucks (abdominoplasty) are most commonly performed on patients after significant weight loss or childbirth. At my South Carolina practices, I frequently perform this procedure to remove loose skin and tighten the abdominal muscles, creating a flatter, more toned stomach. Tummy tucks can also be combined with liposuction to help remove any lingering pockets of fat that diet and exercise alone cannot eliminate. Body Contouring
I offer a range of body contouring procedures at my South Carolina practice. Whether you want to address specific areas with targeted procedures, like an arm lift or thigh lift, or focus on an overall rejuvenation with a body lift, I can help you contour and tone your body into your ideal shape with the right procedure or combination, to meet your goals. In addition to surgical skin tightening procedures, I also offer fat reduction treatments like SmartLipo. This liposculpture technique uses laser energy to melt fat before it’s removed. The heat from the laser offers a mild skin tightening benefit, too. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your body sculpting goals, and I will recommend a personalized treatment plant to help you reach them.

With over 15 years experience, Dr. Orseck is skilled in a broad range of cosmetic plastic surgery procedures, with a specialty in breast enhancement, tummy tucks, and mommy makeovers.
Dr. Orseck completed a residency in general surgery at the Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System in South Carolina, followed by a residency in plastic surgery at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. He was then chosen for a fellowship in aesthetic surgery at the prestigious Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital in New York City.

He is currently an associate professor of plastic surgery at the Medical University of South Carolina and his papers are frequently published in top plastic surgery medical journals.
Dr. Orseck has been the recipient of many prestigious awards, including being named a Castle Connolley Top Doctor from 2013 to 2019 and a New Beauty Top Beauty Doctor, also from 2013 to 2019.
