Sort of a back story. I have worn rigid contact lenses my entire life. My vision was horrible (-13 diopeter). Hard lenses had taken their tole on my eyes, so I looked into alternatives. See above. No cons - would use again. I had bags under my eyes that caused my to look tired all of the time. I had upper and lower eyelid surgery and my eyes look great but very natural. In fact, no one has asked if I had any surgery they just comment that I look good. more
Worth it BUT ONLY IF you get a skilled surgeon, not like the dermatologist-gone-cosmetic-surgeon who did my eyelids in the photo below. You'll never know what your blepharoplasty looks like until you see photos taken of yourself at angles (and we readers never will, either).
