Will I be able to use the new Latisse eyelash extension mascara if I wear contacts?
It is recommended that you remove all makeup and contact lenses before applying Latisse. We advise all our patients to review the instructions and precautions that are included with each box of Latisse for proper usage.
Can a medical expert share more on the price of Latisse? What's the average cost?
Editor Note: See prices of Latisse near you
Latisse costs about $120 for a two month supply, provided you use a single applicator per day, though that is not recommended by Allergan.
Something important to consider is that the patient is supposed to see the effect of Latisse in terms of lengthening, thickening, and darkening the upper lashes within about eight weeks.
Something that is not known is how often a patient might have to apply Latisse to maintain the larger lashes. It's possible that patients might not have to apply Latisse as often to maintain the result, so the price per month may be less after the first two months or so.
Hope this additional info helps you make your decision.
