William Franckle, MD, FACS

Dr. Franckle was great. Although we spent the last two years together due to retouches, my experience was pleasant. My first tummy tuck was in 2023, but due to complications, I had to have a revision. Dr. Frankle and his team stayed in contact with me throughout the last two years to ensure I was doing well.

I got consultations from all over NJ, before deciding to go with Dr. Franckle. I am glad I did. He is a great talent, and his staff are a joy to deal with (shout-out to Teri, Brenley, and Dominique). I had a severe case of gynecomastia, and while other surgeons were apprehensive, hesitant, or where one declined me, with Dr. Franckle, he was not fazed. He performed a great surgery with great results, and I feel and look great. He is very down-to-earth and easy to interact with. No ego or soft-skills issues, as perhaps with other medical professionals. He dealt with me as a friend, and with great concern and ease. His pricing is great, too. Way more affordable than what I was getting in Central and North Jersey. I drove from Middlesex county to him, because of how great these guys are. I wish I knew of this place way, way earlier.

At almost four months post op from a 3/4th tummy tuck with Dr. Franckle, and it’s still hard to put into words how I am feeling. The results have been better than I could have ever imagined and I have never felt more confident in my own skin than I do now. After years of hard work to lose weight and maintain it, I finally decided to remove the excess skin, and it has been the best decision I’ve ever made. From the first time I stepped into Dr. Franckle’s office I felt welcomed and like I was in good hands. All of the staff has been so kind, professional, supportive, and willing to quickly answer even the simplest of questions. I cannot thank the team here enough. You have made my dreams come true and truly have helped changed my life. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Franckle and his team, and would recommend them to everyone.

I have been looking at other surgeons website for this procedure and Dr.Franckle’s website for two years and decided he was the one for me. His work looks excellent and he is professional. Adrianna is so sweet and friendly. She is an asset in his office as being the front desk person to see when you enter his practice. I’m glad I picked Dr. Franckle for my surgery. My surgery was on June 10,2022 and I was seen by Dr. Franckle today for my 2 week post op. I look amazing, Dr. Franckle did everything I asked for my breast reduction and did everything he said he would. He even called me later on in the early evening after my surgery to see how I was feeling and told me to call him on his cell phone if I was in any pain. (No pain)He answered all my questions at my post op appt.and everything is looking great. I highly recommend anyone to have surgery with Dr. Franckle, you will be very happy with his skill and the office staff are warm and friendly. Dr. Franckle is best, I feel and look amazing. I had my surgery on June 10,2022 and I had my one year checkup on June 15,2023. My results are excellent and I am very pleased. I look amazing in my final results. Dr. Franckle is so professional and very nice. My husband liked him also and liked how he took care of me during the process of healing. Dr.Franckle had me come to his office for follow up check ups until my year post surgery and made sure I was healing properly. His staff Adreanna and Denise were caring and friendly. I looked forward to seeing everyone when I returned for check ups. His office is state of the art and beautiful. I could go on about Dr. Franckle and his staff but I highly recommend him for your procedure. He is the best!!!!

If you think you have to go to a big city like NY or Miami for a top plastic surgeon think again, Dr Franckle is an amazing surgeon and will go to great lengths to make sure you are happy with your results! I'm 57yrs old and had a lower facelift and fat transfer in my cheeks and couldn't be happier! Thank you so much Dr Franckle and your wonderful staff!! Updated on 23 Jun 2022: If you're thinking of doing it... do it! Make sure your surgeon is board certified and if you live in South Jersey I highly recommend Dr Franckle in Voorhees. Also, everyone's healing process is different depending on the procedure. Updated on 29 Jun 2022: I'm one week post op and feeling great.. I literally feel like I look 15yrs younger!! It was definitely a win for me, the pain factor on this type of surgery is minimum and it's easy to hide the stitches until they heal.

Pics to come soon… Dr. Franckle had such great bedside manner. All staff at his office and the surgery center were beyond amazing. Communication was perfect. I am 3 days post op. Still with some slight pain. But my breasts are AMAZING!!!! My breasts have always sagged but now they are beautiful. I am so happy with the results even though it’s only the beginning.

After three kids and significant weight gain and loss with pregnancy. I’ve had enough of my body! I went to multiple consultations because I just couldn’t find a doctor I loved. After I met Dr. Franckle I canceled all of the other consults I had booked! At my consult he spent a considerable amount of time with me and I never felt rushed and all of my questions were thoroughly answered. My preop appointment went smoothly and he helped me make all of my final decisions. He even talked for a while with me on the phone after the fact as I was questioning the implant size I chose. The morning of my surgery I think Dr. Franckle was as excited as I was. My day at the outpatient surgical center was fantastic. It felt like a medical spa day. Everyone was so attentive and the recovery area was quiet and relaxing. I had a breast augmentation with lift, a tummy tuck with muscle repair, and inner thigh Lipo. I had some issues afterwards with nausea and Dr. Franckle was easy to reach over the weekend and called me in some prescriptions. He checked in frequently. The next morning when I showered I couldn’t have been happier to take all of my dressings off and reveal my new body!!!! I was sooooooo happy. The sutures are perfect and well placed and everything looked fantastic. After 14 years at 34 I can finally wear a bikini again!!! All of my follow up care has been excellent. Almost no wait time in the office. The best thing about this office is the extremely attentive care. I am 2 1/2 weeks post op now and I am walking three miles a day and have no problem taking care of my three kids and doing things around the house. I am even back to work. My recovery is coming along so quickly and perfectly. I can’t wait to continue my follow up care and get back to the office at 6 weeks post op where I’ll also be getting lip fillers! This office is truly amazing. Dr. Franckle is an artist! He has always made me feel comfortable and heard. I couldn’t be any happier with my choose to use him for this big life altering surgery! All of the office staff was amazing and both of the girls at the front desk have helped me such a huge amount. I will be going here for any cosmetic procedure big or small that I have in the future.

I had a Breast Reduction a year ago, and I'm so glad I chose Dr. Franckle to perform it. I did a lot of research before reaching out to doctors, and when I found Dr. Franckle, I was relieved that his style was what I was looking for. Setting up the first initial appointment was easy, and even going through the process of financing the procedure. The day of the procedure went very well, and the aftercare was even better. I was very happy with my care under Dr. Franckle, and I recommend him to anyone seeking to have a breast reduction. This procedure was life changing, and I can't thank him enough for giving me the confidence that was never there and wouldn't have been there without his help!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Franckle and staff. I had a rhinoplasty January 27, 2020. From my consultation to my one year follow up today, Dr. Franckle has always been kind, compassionate and very thorough. He takes great pride in his work and it shows. I am so pleased with my results and I’ve also started Botox with here with Dr. Franckle and that has also been a wonderful experience. He is very gentle and does a great job, highly recommend!

From consultation to surgery and a year worth of follow ups, Dr.Franckle has been amazing. He truly listens to his patients and adds his expertise to provide amazing results.
