Will a Trampoline Necklift Improve my Jawline? Other Options?

I was advised to do a trampoline necklift with a liposuction by one surgeon and a lower face lift by another. I don't like my profile, sometimes it even looks as if I have a double chin. Thanks.

A: Strengthen jawline with chin implant and neck liposuction

I agree that your neckline and contour of your jaw would be greatly improved with the combination of a chin implant and some neck (cervical) liposuction.  In my opinion, you are too young to be considering a necklift and there are other less invasive procedures to try first.

What Are the Advantages of Getting a Neck Lift Incision Under my Chin?

Is the "chin incision" neck lift technique the best choice for sagging skin on my neck?

A: Submental incision for neck lifting

I am in agreement that a submental incision is critical to sculpt the submental fat, mostly by direct excision, and tighten the neck or platysma muscles in the midline.  By accessing the neck muscles through a submental incision, a "corset-style" tightening of the neck muscles can occur before the muscle is pulled and resuspended laterally.  The combination of a submental incision and a traditional facelift incision help provide the best results in the neck, in my hands.

I Have What Looks Like A Rope Around My Neck Following Facelift/Necklift

I had a face lift and a neck lift a month ago. As a result, I now have what appears to be a small rope around 1/2 of my neck. Additional my right side of my face is far more doopy than my left, ( which is good). I go back to the Dr. in 10 days for my 6 week evaluation. Is this something that he should fix?

A: rope around neck

it is difficult to say exactly what is the  cause of your issue.  what does your surgeon say?   most issues do get better with time.  if you do need a revision wait at least 6 months from the initial surgery
