I’m only 8 weeks post-op and I already love my results. My nose looks natural, fits my face perfectly, and I still look like myself -- just a more refined, balanced version. I had a lower face lift and lower eye blepharoplasty with Dr Pontell and he was absolutely fabulous. Pre-care and post care was top-notch. He even gives you his cell number to call him anytime and responds so promptly. He and all of his staff are so professional, knowledgeable, welcoming, and accommodating. The actual surgery went very smooth. I got some CO2 laser treatment around my mouth and that was actually the worst part. I was surprised at how little pain I felt. You can not even see the incisions that he made and at 61, I feel like I look 50 again! I just look like myself but younger! After the swelling went down, people closest to me could not tell that I had work done, but everyone comments on how great I’ve been looking. Dr Pontell is meticulous about everything and quite the artist. Now, when I look in the mirror, I just go about my day instead of critiquing my aging face. It’s a great feeling and was completely worth it. I have friends who’ve gotten the same thing done and have horror stories and terrible healing, so I am so grateful that after doing much research, I went with Dr Pontell. …. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Pontell for my rhinoplasty and fillers. For years, I spent money on a non-surgical rhinoplasty to temporarily straighten out the dorsal hump on my nose. After a while, I decided I’d commit to the surgical rhinoplasty and knew I would be in good hands with Dr. Pontell. The process went seamless. From the digital imaging, to pre op instructions, to post operative care, my experience has been amazing. My nose looks exactly like we drew it up and is still natural to my face. I am still only 1 1/2 months post op so I cannot wait for the swelling to go down fully and see the final product! Just two weeks after surgery, you would have no idea I had a rhinoplasty done. As for my filler work, he has done an amazing and natural job every time in my lips and nose. I plan to continue seeing Dr. Pontell for all cosmetic procedures! He really is the best!

I chose Dr. Pontell for my mini-facelift because of all the great before and after pictures he had published on his website. I thought I would be in good hands. And I was. Best nasal surgeon on east coast. Googled nostril reduction and Dr. Pontell was first up. Now I know why. From consultation to follow up, everything was exactly as he promised. I followed his instructions as written and am thrilled with the result. He is professional, experienced, expert and kind which is a rarity these days. I had been contemplating a mini-face lift for years and decided at 56 to just do it ! Dr Pontell listened to my concerns and spent time taking me through the procedure step by step . I decided to have it done in office not under anesthesia which is an option the Dr provides . His team is amazing I felt comfortable and taken care or during the procedure which candidly I do not rember much of other then Dr Pontell's reassuring voice asking me how I was and I was doing great! His nurse Candice is amazing and she and the Dr. have a tremendous synergy with one another . Follow up was daily for few days after procedure and every question concern was addressed timely and with care.
