If your lips are asymmetrical or unneven a few days to a week or two after the injection, I would not worry. This could be due to a number of factors, most likely swelling. I would first try massaging the lips and the area you are worried about. The swelling will gradually come down over the next few days to weeks. If after that time, you are still unhappy with the results, Restylane can be added to the deficient areas to even them out or even hyaluronidase can be used to dissolve the filler completely.

These non-surgical "lifts" are effective ways to volumize the face, but will not address any of the patient's neck laxity or muscle looseness. One thing to remember is that these "liquid" or filler facelifts can be very expensive and only last for the duration of the filler (about 6-12 months).
