Wednesday and I now look 4 months pregnant. I am extremely swollen, numb, and unhappy. I am 5'6 and 124lbs. Before having this procedure completed I could wear a bikini, now I can't. I wish I never had coolsculpting done. I would never do it again. I just want my old stomach back. I'm definitely not betting on getting a better one. I can deal with the pain and numbness but I can't deal with... more
This past spring I invested in the Zeltiq thinking that it would help to get rid of the budge on my belly. At the time I weighed around 175 pounds, and I am 5'2 tall. Just like everyone else, I experienced a lot of discomfort, especially when I wore my work pants. The pain wasn't anything unbearable for me. I didn't use any kind of pain medications; when possible I would just open my pants.... more
I thought I would share my experience since I used this site so much when I was researching the procedure beforehand. I've never been happy with my stomach my entire adult life and no matter how much I worked out or lost weight, I always had a little pooch that annoyed me. I'm 5'7", 29 years old, 143 pounds, have an athletic frame and work out 4-6 days a week. I had looked into smart lipo a... more
I am 5'8 inches and 38 years old. I have been overweight- obese most of the life since getting married and having a wonderful daughter. I recently lost 40 pounds with a 10% body fat drop. I am still trying to drop another 4% body fat to reach 24% and be in the athletic range and not just "normal". I did a ton of reading and went for a consult for cool sculpting, while there they said if I... more
I just went in today (07/02/2012) to have Coolsculpting done to my lower abs. They used the smaller (6.3) applicator because I am 5'8 and 117 lbs and didn't have enough fat for the larger applicator. I just have a stubborn little pooch of flubber from having my son that will not go away with diet and exercise and this seemed like a good route to take. After arriving, a cool gel pad was... more
I had three cool sculpting session last year. I saw immediate results. A friend of mine monitored the loss with a skin fold caliber. We saw, within three weeks, a 3mm loss on the waist line. However, within months, the fat came back. This is NOT a permanent solution to fat loss. In hind sight, not worth the money. more
I had cool sculpting done just 3 hours ago. I will say that the first 10 minutes were very uncomfortable but like the other reviews after that not to bad. There was tugging/pressure the full hour. I was playing games on my ipad and listening to music. Do not misunderstand me - I was thrilled when the hour was up. At this moment I am still a bit numb and feel occasional pins and needles but... more
