I had gotten saline implants about a year ago, im 19 and I was a 34B before now a 34D, and im thinking of having them removed I have not been happy since i got them and do not know if i ever will be, could i get them removed without them sagging?
I have developed an operation where you can have your saline implants removed and have your own body fat transplanted into the breast subcutaneous space, leaving the breasts as large as they were before with implants in many cases. Simultaneous Implant Exchange With Fat - "SIEF", will be a popular alternative to implant exchange or total removal, which most women do not want! See the video:
I am 20 years old and in July of 2010, so a year ago, I had breast augmentation. I was at around a 32 B before the surgery and I had 450cc saline implants put in on top of my muscle. I have had many doubts about them since and I am now considering getting them removed with no aditional lift after. I am curious to know what type of results I will get or if there is anything I can do to optimize my results.
This is a new Procedure where your natural fat is placed in the subcutaneous tissue to collapse the subjacent pocket created by removal of the implant, with the size of the new breast being similar to that of the implanted breast. See at embedded video. We have developed and have performed this procedure many times with no failures and zero lifts.

Really Want to Have Implant Removed. What Outcome I Should Be Expecting?
There is a new procedure called SIEF - Simultaneous Implant Exchange With Fat- This procedure can result in breast size maintenance once the implants are removed- Liposuctioned fat us used at the time of implant removal to naturally augment the breasts- In most cases the breasts are the same size as with the implants, and a lift is not needed. see the video attached-
