I'm 5'4" and about 165lbs. I've been thinking about a breast reduction since high school. I finally made the commitment to do it this summer because I have the time. I saw about 6 doctors because I wasn't sure who I wanted to do it. This has been the hardest decision ever!
I have 36DDD and 36DDDD bras which I guess is like a 36F or 36G? As you can tell my breasts hang very low for a 23 year... more

I am 25 years old and as far as I can remember Ive had large breasts. I started wearing a bra in 3rd grade and was always teased about it. I believe in middle school I was already a full C. I was always very skinny and always looked top heavy. When I was 19 I gained 50 pounds and was very over wight (204 pounds) so in 2013 I lost all the weight and was at my ideal weight of 150 pounds. From... more
I am 31 years old and although I have used this site as a reference as I went through my breast reduction process, I haven't gotten a chance to post until now, three weeks post op. I believe I started off around a 28dd, and am now a b cup. I am very happy with my decision, and the surgeon I chose. At this point, I feel lots of tingling especially around my nipples. I've never had much... more
So ive been checking this site just about every day for the past month and thought it was time for me to post. Ive had largebreasts since I can remember but ive been self conscious of them since my 13th birthday. Hello rs ladies, I've been stalking this site for a while now and I'm finally taking a step towards my goal. I'm getting a breast reduction and then a brazilian buttlift. I've always been happy with everything about my body except my boobs. course that was when I was in high school. Once I got to college stress and a really bad break caused me to become an emotional eater, I eat to celebrate,... more
I've had large breasts since the age of thirteen. By fifteen, I was a 34DD and only 4"9'. I was getting unwanted attention, being made fun of, and was extremely uncomfortable when walking. The back pain was ridiculous, but I hadn't made up my mind that breast reduction was what I wanted to do, until I got into college. I was 19 years old when I tried for a breast reduction the first time and... more

After about a decade of suffering from huge breasts, I finally got up the courage to seek out a reduction. I had tried everything: losing weight, doing exercises to strengthen my back and my core, acupuncture, massage, physical therapy, specialty bra fittings, etc. I was really scared of losing sensation but I knew that I either did this now when I'm young and healthy or later when my body... more
I'll give a bit of background on me - I've known since I was about 16 that I'd probably be going down this road sooner or later. My parents offered to take me to a PS when I was in high school. I was a 36DD when I was about 16 and they've only gotten bigger. I didn't pursue the surgery then for 2 reasons - #1 I knew I'd want to breastfeed (I thought a reduction would eliminate that... more
Hello ladies! My name is Kate, I'm 17 years old, barely 5'1" tall and weigh only 112 pounds. Unfortunately I have been blessed and cursed with size DD breasts. Lately if have been thinking about whether or not a breast reduction would be an option for a gal like me. After all, my boyfriend's sister got one not too long ago, which is when I realized there's finally a way out of my troubles! I... more
Breasts were overly large and sagging, causing me much shoulder & back pain. After consultations with several surgeons, I thought that Dr Cedrone could give me the outcome that I expected, smaller breasts with symmetry & shape. It would be unreasonable to expect perfection but, had I waited (instead of rushing to have the surgery) and gone with the surgeon of my first choice (Dr. Donato... more
Something I noticed that was frustrating to me was the lack of women my age and body type that shared their stories, which I think are so valuable and reassuring, so I'm going to throw my two cents in to hopefully help someone else.
Since I'm almost a week in recovery from my reduction, I guess I'll start with a little back story. I'm 20, 5'2, 135 lbs, and just very petite, minus my formerly... more
Hi everyone! my name is reese i am 21 years old, with 34DDD. Since i hit puberty (which was too soon) i have had big boobs. teachers from as early as 4th grade said i developed fast an didn't even realize i was a 4th grader (i was a new student that year and always got mistaken for a middle school-er). For years after i was very insecure about my body, til this day i don't take my shirt off... more
I had a breast reduction with Dr. Lohner in April. I was a 34DD and I am now a small C. The results were amazing. He was kind and took the time to really listen to what I wanted. I can't say enough positive things about his work and his office staff. I also had Vaser Lipo on my flanks and stomach. I am still very swollen but the spare tire I was carrying is gone. He does beautiful work. more
Here are my before and one month post surgery photos.
I still have quite a bit of "mumps swelling" and my PS told me it will be up to 3mths before it really recedes.
So I just would like to share my progress with everyone and also wish you all Good luck or quick recovery!
I have a 12 weeks follow up appointment and I will update everyone on my progress.
I am happy to say that my recovery... more
I am a 34 year old mom of two and I have decided to explore getting a reduction. Currently I am a fit and strong 155 lbs, 5 foot 6, and a small DDD cup. I first discussed this with my OBGYN a few years ago. She said I have dense tissue and would be a great candidate, but warned to wait till I was done having children.
In recent years, at my lightest I was a very fit 135 lbs (in a bikini!)... more
I was always a D cup and felt that my breasts were too big for my stature. I knew I wanted kids, so I had to wait 10 years to do something about it. Dr. Vasisht made it worth the wait! I'm so happy with the results, I've already recommended him to 4 people and it's only been 3 weeks since the surgery! more
I have been in a bra since 4th grade. Always hid my breasts. The past few years, I have begun to embrace my size, but am 53 now and carrying some extra weight. I am 5'3"" and weigh 165. My back is sore, my posture is awful and I have ridges in my shoulders. I feel like my boobs are way out in front of me. I want to be more comfortable and more "perky". Saw my PS and he says he can take 575 g... more
I always wanted to research a breast reduction and never really did. I am only 5'2" and had a DD cup. Last year a friend of mine had a reduction and told me about it, which prompted me to really move forward. I found Dr. Lohner through a local directory of top surgeons in the Philadelphia area, along with two others, initially planing to go to each of the three doctors for a consultation,... more
