I had the procedure Feb 2010. I was a little sore the 1st day. Had to wear a face garment which was a little uncomfortable for 3 days did a follow up a few days later. All went well. The results at the end were well worth it! I was amazed at how my chin healed within a week. It took about a month for the tenderness to go away. Loved the end results. I would definitely do it again! more

I had smart lipo done 7 months ago. I am bumpy, hard in spot, fat spots in other places. The doctor said I would be perfect in a few weeks, with minimal pain.. I had smart lipo of my jowls in October 2008. It was super quick, painless and the worst part was wearing the compression thing around my head, had to hide... I look amazing and everyone keeps telling me I look great. I wish I had done it sooner. The fatty area under my chin is gone and is getting tighter each month, can tell esp. from progressive photos.
