I have been debating a tummy tuck for the last 2 years now. I went in for a consultation with Dr. Kenna in May 2013 and I got cold feet and chickened out! I was also considering expanding our family with one more child and didn't want to possibly "waste" money on something I could ruin again with a high chance of another multiple pregnancy or even just a singleton pregnancy for that matter!... more
Have dieted to lose weight but wanted to get rid of the non-responsive gut fat. I had excellent results. No pain post-op even though I was warned to expect it, discomfort and tightness only. Had to sleep in a recliner for a week as the abdomen was so tight (Dr. Stratis had really tightened the muscle layer as well as removed the fat). Good recovery. Was able to go back to work in 10-14 days. more
During the consult for my hysterectomy ,I was motivated by my ob/gyn to have an awful scar removed from my abdomen that I had for twenty years as a result of emergency surgery. I had the hysterectomy and tummy tuck/scar... more
Previously Obese and with 110 lb down I wanted to run races in shorts & sports bra. Ran 1/2 and full marathons in long tees and tummy control Capris. Wanted to change that. I got very frank opinion from Dr Stratis of... more
I had a tummy tuck, hernia repair, juvederm injections done and all were done to perfection. MD Potyondy is a wonderful person that actually cares about his patients. He actually listens to his patients concerns and doesn't have a "know it all" attitude. I can now look at myself and feel confident about my appearance. I truly miss having him in Thomasville. more
I am 42 and had two big babies 10 months apart when I was 35 and 36. I was overweight and lost 65 pounds about a year ago. My stomach has always been my problem area. I considered a breast lift (I am a DDD cup and gravity has them less than perky) but decided that's too much surgery for now. I figure I can reevaluate things after the tummy tuck.
I went in for a consult about 2 weeks... more
I have lost a lot of weight and my tummy has the extra skin that will not go away. I went in to see my PS and as part of my visit we discussed the overly large breast that sag to my belly button. Because of neck, back and shoulder issues my breast reduction is covered by my insurance. To have both procedures done I save on cost for the surgical center and anesthesia.
My procedures are... more
