Dr. Gayner was very interested and professional. He listened and showed real interest in my concerns. His honesty and forthright manner was very refreshing. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this office if you are looking for a procedure.

Billboards, online. I have wanted to get rhinoplasty since I was twelve years old, and yesterday I finally underwent the procedure with Dr. Gayner of Stratis and Gayner. Less than 24 hours post-op, I feel amazing!! I have virtually no pain, and though I still have my splint on, I can already tell that my new nose looks fabulous. I know that this will do so much for my confidence level, and my only regret is that I did not find him sooner!! He is an amazing surgeon.

A Friend. My mother, sister and I all had a facelift done by Dr.Gaynor of Harrisburg, PA. Dr. Gaynor and his staff were wonderful and patient with us. They were a wealth of information in preparing us for the procedure. During our recovery period, we received several phone calls from Dr. Gaynor just to check in and see how we were doing. The three of us had a wonderful experience and are very pleased with the results.

The office staff is very helpful and friendly. They took the time to share with me information about the Brilliant Distinctions Program that only select top providers have the advantage of offering their patients. They signed me up and now I earn points for future Botox visits!
