I am considering a temporal lift to elevate the side of my eyebrows and correct excess skin on upper lids. Will the placing of the incisions alter the hairline in the temple area?

Looking at your picture I would be very cautious about recommending just a temporal brow lift. You have brow ptosis both medially and laterally and I think you will get better cosmetic result with a full brow lift. Endoscopic brow lift should work well as it does not change your hairline.

Are 1 Hour Facelifts Really Possible? What types of procedures are used for these "1 hour lifts" as advertised by Lifestyle Lift Centers that I saw on TV. (http://www.lifestylelift.com/)

A: Lunchtime facelift?

Even the 'miniest' of mini-face lifts take more than an hour. Most of the advertised one hour face lifts involve making incisions, minimal undermining of skin and some attempt at deep tissue plication. These face lifts produce very minimal results at best.. They are very good for people who don't need a facelift .

Eye Creases Are Crooked and Not Even After Upper Eyelid Lift, Are These The Final Results? In my 5th day of upper eye bleph; my eye creases are crooked and not even; a piece of skin is clearly not straight.I have rroad track like scars from stitches & and blishtering on each eye crease. One eye is still black & blue. I also had chin smart lipo at same time & neck hurts so much, I can't move it. No improvement in 5 days.It is purple & red & has hard ridges in it. I am so depressed; I looked better before. Will this all go away? My doc says don't think about it. I am so sad.

Unfortunately, no matter how carefully the surgery for upper lids is done, some bruising and unevenness is unavoidable. Once swollen and bruised, it will take 4-6 weeks before you see the final results. Don't panic and give it sometime.
