A friend recommended him. I have no complaints - he's the best!!! Such a great experience. Oh yeah - u can call him anytime as his patient - he gives you his cell number to call 24/7. That made me feel safe. Dr. P is fantastic. I was nervous about getting my breasts done but he was really nice and explained all the pros and cons to me. I don't know what exactly it was, but I just got a really good vibe from him. I'm so glad I went with my gut! The results are fantastic!!! If you gave any doubts about your surgeon, see Dr. P!!!

I found this office online after TONS of searching, and thought I would give it a try. Dr. Pirani & his staff were so friendly and helpful I knew right away they were the best option for me. I was very nervous about my results because I am a picky person, so I brought in photos of what I did and didnt want. Dr. Pirani explained why results can turn out the way they do, how my natural breast shape can dictate the results, but that he understood my desires and would do the best possible to make me happy. Well he did!!! I love them, I dont regret a single thing about them, and I couldnt be happier!
