I did my research carefully, and after my consultation with Dr. Richard Gentile, I was absolutely certain I had chosen wisely and well. Dr. Gentile has the eye of an artist, is multiply licensed and is an ear, nose and throat doctor as well as a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, so he literally know the anatomy of the human head inside out. You only have one face: put it in the hands of a doctor who who knows what he is doing. Never go bargain hunting for a plastic surgeon; do it right the first time around. A little tidbit: Dr. Gentile made guest appearances on the t.v. show Dr. 90210, but you don't need to go to Hollywood to see him!

I just realized a did a review using my daughter's computer ( I don't have one) before she signed out of her account. so here's my story AGAIN ! I was a widowed 83 year old mother of five, grandmother & great-grandmother. I needed a new face ! My daughter had the fraxil laser done around her eyes and she looked so good, I wanted my whole face done ! I decided to have Dr. Gentile do my whole face and take the puffy bags out from under my eyes at the same time. He was so kind, sweet & gentile, treated me just like his own mother. His staff was comforting and kind as well. When I woke up my skin was immediately tighter & my bags were gone ! I am so happy that I had this done, even at my age ! I cannot thank Dr. Gentile enough, I actually cried a few days later because I was not in bondage to that old face anymore ! I will NEVER regret having this done, I would have paid even more, it was well worth it ! My daughter had fractional laser around her eyes. She look amazing ! I had to go see this doctor !

I cannot believe the garbage I have read on here about Dr. Gentile. I had the smart lipo procedure on my inner and outer thighs a couple of years ago. He spent so much time with me explaining the procedure and discussing my results. His bedside manner was never anything but excellent. After the surgery, I accidentally broke a couple stitches open and he was right on top of it - had me come in and re stitched me immediately. I had such good experiences this surgeon, that I even sent my mother to him for some laser resurfacing. Along with her, I sent my grandmother to him for a full facial fractional laser treatment. After that I sent my neighbor to him for a face lift and some laser resurfacing. All four of us were treated with the utmost respect and the surgeries he performed went very well. I do not understand how anyone on this site could write such a terrible review, when he is one of the most caring and qualified plastic surgeons out there.

Facelift
From day one, the staff and Dr.Gentile were courteous, attentive, and always working in my best interests. I would like to think I gave Dr.Gentile many referrals. His prices are reasonable, his expertise speaks for itself by the incredible results and his professionalism is evident by the time he devotes to his patients each and every visit. I have since moved across the country and have had follow up botox with other surgeons and all have commented on my "excellent work and impressive results that are still quite evident." Dr.Gentile's care for his patients is first and foremost, his skill is worth traveling back across the country for (my opinion and other consulted surgeons), and he gave me the intangible but very real self confident boost. Dr. Gentile is a quality surgeon in all aspects.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Richard Gentile and his staff. I had sat down and talked to several other plastic surgeons before meeting Dr. Gentile, and none of them really took the time to evaluate my needs and meet my overall expectations. Dr. Gentile took the time necessary to understand my expectations and meet my needs for my rhinoplasty and by using computer imaging was able to show me his ideas and what the expected results would be for my rhinoplasty procedure. He and his staff were extremely comforting, as well as, financially accommodating. My surgery went exceptionally well and my results are fantastic. I love my new nose. He also did a great job with my lip enhancement. I would highly recommend Dr. Gentile to anyone looking to have a rhinoplasty and or receive lip enhancement. He and his staff are fantastic.

i must have asked a million questions and he answered everyone of them in a thoughtful and caring way. i had computer imaging done on the appt. after my initial consultation and i have to say the changes that were suggested for my nose where amazing and skillfully executed on the imaging program. i really could tell he was an artist. i thank God everyday that he led me to such a skilled and caring surgeon who has a wonderful staff and who are all very caring and professional. i always look forward to getting a smile and a big welcome from Rose every time i come in for an appointment.

Dr. Gentile has been doing my Botox for almost a year now. I look forward to my appointments everytime. After my injections friends tell me I look refreshed and well rested. Dr. answers my questions and tells me what he think looks best. I am so happy with my experience I've referred my mother and father for procedures as well. I would definetly recommend dr. Recommendations from others in the Cleveland area and through research on the internet in regard to his credentials and comments from others who have had multiple surgical procedures. I have been very satisfied with Dr. Gentile as my Facial Plastic Surgeon and his staff has been wonderful. If you are looking for a highly skilled doctor who will address your concerns and work with you to get the results you desire, I would recommend Dr. Gentile. I had a facelift by another plastic surgeon in 2002 who retired and is no longer in practice. I feel very fortunate to have found such a skilled and committed doctor as Dr. Gentile.
