A: B cup reduction is possible

Reduction of B cup breasts should be relatively simple.  It is a subcutaneous mastectomy through a 3 centimeter pericardial incision.  It is the same as reduction of male gynecomastia. Fees range from 6 to 7 thousand dollars.  Your sexual preference notwithstanding the procedure is straight forward.

12 Years After Gore-tex Implant in Upper Lips, I'm Unhappy. What Are My Options?

I Need Help and Can't Find a Doctor Who Can Answer Me Honestly.  I Have a  Gortex  Implant in my upper lip. I had it done like 12-13 yrs ago and I have retraction, I haven't been able to smile fully with my upper lip s o the skin above my lip has slowly been lengthening and spreading out to overcompensate for my lip not spreading during smiling. It has caused the corners of my mouth to go down too. Do I even bother having it removed? Won't the Scar Capsule create the same retraction? I need honesty please. Thanks!

A: Gortex in lips, NOT

I perform 2 Gortex lip implants years ago. The lips became stiff and smiling was unnatural.  Both patients were unhappy after a couple of years and I removed them.  The lips look undamaged.

Do I Have to Pay to Get Breast Implant Removal After Infection?

I'm having an infection on my left breast 4 weeks after the breast augmentation. My doctor suggests implant removal, however, he also ask me to pay a fee of 1,782 dollars just to remove. When I first felt something wrong, I went to visited him,he told me I was fine.It got worse and redness started to show, when I visited him again, he asked me to remove the implant, and there is a pretty big fee comes with it. I just want to know if it is fair.

A: surgery fees

Removal of implants for complications in my practice is free. The only fee involved would be charges for anesthesia or the facility fees. If performed in my center I would comp my patient to avoid problems.  People often want a refund of the original cosmetic fees if they are dissatisfied.  I do not refund such fees, but I try to avoid further charges.
