Why is my Forehead Region Still So Mobile After Botox Injection Post 9 Days?

I had my first injection of Botox 9 days ago. Unfortunately I do not remember how many units were injected. He also did a few more injections along the top of my eyebrow, but none for crow's feet. I'm 52 but the glabellar lines are really my only lines at this point. Anyhow, at 9 days I think the lines may possibly appear a little flatter, but with my forehead completely relaxed they are definitely still there, and if I frown or squint my brow folds up just like it always has. Is this normal?

While 9 days is on the longer end of how long it takes to start seeing the effects of Botox, it can take up to 14 days.  I would recommend hanging in there for another few days.  

If however, there is movement after this time, I recommedn vsiting your Doctor and having it re-evaluated as you may need a "touchup."

If the Botox is working elsewhere on your forehead, my guess is that it will begin to work in the next several days.

Will I Benefit from a Facelift?

I am in my late twenties and noticed a sagging of my lower face from my early to mid twenties. I now have lines at the sides of my mouth and also from the corners of my nose downward and from under my eyes although It is hard to get on camera I have put in a pic from last year that shows the lines in the light and the 2nd pic- taken recently, shows the extent of sagging in my lower jaw which messes with my whole face shape and adds a good ten years to my age, what can I do?

After reviewing your pictures up close, it does not appear you would benefit from a surgical procedure. However if you are noticing lines and folds when you smile etc.. we refer to those as mild melo labial folds, which could be treated with Restylane or Juvederm.

Me and Dr Agree No Results , How and Why?

8 1/2 weeks ago I had Zeltiq on inner thighs and had follow up pics and No change at all! Not even close. They Said" well it usually takes longer", but everything I have read says 4-8 weeks. I'm really discouraged and spent so much to have no result is devastating to me! This was my only means of fixing this problem due to finances Amd wondering how there can be NO change at all?

Please don't feel discouraged at this point. 81/2 weeks is very premature to be guaging results. I would give it 4 months before making any decisions.
