What a wonderful experience from start to finish! I completed months of research looking for the right surgeon to do my laser liposuction and otoplasty procedures. Dr. John Wakelin proved top notch with a background of outstanding credentials supported by solid experience. The added bonus was ease of conversation through all of my questions, his patient explanation of each procedure , provision of expected results, and the amount of time he spent making me feel comfortable and happy with each step forward. Now onto Dr. Wakelin's most valuable tool... The CAPS staff are UNPARALLELED in their knowledge, outreach, and professionalism. I can honestly say it was joy interacting with the ladies of the Upper Arlington location. Their use of electronic communication for my convenience was a perk I have never experienced with any other doctor. The day of my procedures went beautifully with the outpatient surgery center staff anticipating my every need and even treating my family wonderfully throughout! Lastly, the amazing Linda Cody spent an extraordinary amount of time checking in on my progress, answering each email and phone call promptly, and after each conversation affirmed that CAPS is the one and only place I will ever have any aesthetic procedure or beauty fix. Each appointment, the procedures themselves, the follow up care, photographs, and overall journey has been true pleasure that I recommend you experience for yourself. Dr. Wakelin was highly recommended by my general surgeon and my OB, independently of each other, and I'm glad they did. I'm not sure what my expectations were of a plastic surgeon, but he definitely exceeded them. Dr. Wakelin is friendly and approachable, and is obviously quite knowledgeable and skilled at his craft. And his nurses are absolutely wonderful. They always respond very quickly to any fears or questions I have, and I've had several. Each time they not only completely answer my questions, but empathize and understand with my concerns. If I ever need any more help, I would absolutely return to Dr. Wakelin and his team.

Dr. Wakelin took the time to really listen and understand my desired results. He and his staff were always quick to answer any questions. Their attention to detail is second to none. I am so thrilled with my experience! Dr. Wakelin was extremely attentive and caring. I would highly recommend him and his office. My results look amazing and my only regret is that is that I didn't do it sooner! His nurse Linda is an absolute joy to work with.

Dr. Wakelin took the time to answer my questions and my initial consultation wasn't rushed; he even called the day after surgery just to see how I was doing. A++++++ My sister-in-law saw my stomach today and now she wants Dr. Wakelin to do her Breast Reduction! I'm only 1 week in and I'm ECSTATIC with my results! :)

Dr. Wakelin was great. I had some liposuction done on a few problem spots that i have never been able to fix with excercise - flanks, arms, bra line. we talked over the options and went with standard liposuction. able to do all in the office. great results. his staff was great, made me very comfortable. i even listened to my ipod during the whole procedure.

Dr. Wakelin and his staff were amazing. From the minute I walked through the door they made me feel as if I was the only patient. Even though their office is always busy, they provide the best personal care. Dr. Wakelin performed smart lipo on my flanks (muffin tops) as well as under my chin. The experience was great with unbelievable results. He is an amazing doctor!

Dr. Wakelin was very professional and I would recommend him to anyone that I know. In March 2011 I had a breast augmentation, the day of the surgery I arrived on time and Dr. Wakelin was there to make sure that all of my questions were answered and I completely understood the procedure. I had no complications and he was very accurate with all the information given to me in regards to heal time and the post op experience. Dr. Wakelin's staff was also very helpful and informative and were there to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Thank you so much for improving my appearance I will defiantly come back for more!!
