contemplating getting a lower facelift but wondering price ranges
The fees for a lower Facelift will vary based on a number of factors including geographical location, skill of the surgeon, the amount of time needed to perform the procedure, just to name a few. I would expect the fees for a standard lower Facelift to range between $7000 and $9000 in the Midwest. Contact some reputable surgeons in your geographical area ( I recommend a surgeon Board Certified by the AAFPRS).
Hi, I am a 25 year old female, 5'6" about 130lbs and am very upset with the draggy and saggy way my face has begun to droop. I have had a couple of procedures advised to me and I am now kind of confused as to what I'd like.
I would like to get fullness back in my cheeks and take care of my folds around my mouth also the asymmetry by my eyebrows. I have been given the options of fillers and buccal fat removal or a Mid facelift. What should be the better procedure?
You should have a consultation with a Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon. Upon consultation and examination, your surgeon will be able to address your concerns by recommending the appropriate treatment options. Best wishes!
I had a lower face and neck lift one week ago and there is a tight band extending across my neck from ear to ear. The tension is at best uncomfortable, often painful, and occasionally actually triggers a gag reflex. Is there anything that can be done to alleviate this tension? I couldn't live this way long term. I had a submental platysmaplasty, and sutures around and behind the ear.
You should anticipate swelling for at least another three weeks. Over time things will begin to loosen however if you do not feel significant relief after 12 weeks, I would consult with your original surgeon. best wishes!
