I would recommend Dr. Goldman to anyone. He took time to answer all of my questions. He is a very caring Doctor. He went above and beyond. Dr. Goldman called the night of surgery to follow up and took the time to answer all of my many questions. Dr. Goldman is the only plastic surgeon I will use. His nurse Jody called the next day. There are two Jody's in the office. The medical assistant and nurse. They are both very sweet caring people. Jody the medical assistant pushed my paper work through and followed up with my insurance company. She also was very good about completing fmla paper work. Jody the nurse made me feel very comfortable before and after surgery. The anesthesiologist and other nurse were also very comforting. Also Kevin and Jennifer at the front desk are great! The dealt with my many phone calls patiently. Jennifer was also able to schedule my appointment in the same month as my consultation. I have a busy schedule and could only schedule the month of March.

Dr.Goldman was great! He is very nice and caring. He called the night of surgery to follow up, even left me with his cell phone number in case of any questions or problems. He took the time to listen to my questions and concerns and never made me feel like I was a bother. I would go back to him, and would also recommend him!

I looked around online for plastic surgeons the Dayton, OH area as well as Cincinnati and Columbus, but was disappointed in the lack of pictures and often bad reviews on this particular procedure. I finally found a website for Dr. Steven Goldman in Beachwood, OH that had dozens of pictures of rhinoplasties he had done, and I couldn't find any negative reviews. I decided to make the 3 1/2 hour drive and I'm glad I did. From the beginning when I could only send pictures Dr. Goldman responded to my questions through e-mail, then when I came in for my appointment he was genuinely nice, answered all my questions, and made me feel much more at ease with what was going to happen (I was VERY nervous). The day of the procedure my mom and sister were also impressed with how kind and open Dr. Goldman was, and he took the time to answer all of their questions beforehand. The night after the procedure Dr. Goldman called my mom at the hotel to ask how I was doing, and answered her questions about what was normal or not with bleeding/etc. The week after surgery I had the splint removed by Dr. Goldman's nurse Jody who was also very nice and answered any further questions I had about the healing process. Needless to say after all that I was very happy with Dr. Goldman and his staff!

Dr. Goldman is the only plastic surgeon I will use for any "fix me's" I may choose to do in the future. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Goldman to anyone! (And I have...) He took time to answer all of my questions. He went above and beyond. He is a very caring... Dr. Goldman even called the night of my surgery to follow up and took the time to check on me and answer any questions I might have had at the time. (Made me ask him when he slept... considering it was after 9pm at night.) His skills and techniques are outstanding in excellence! I am very happy with the results he was able to achieve for me... considering my nose was a smooshed-over "old" jig-saw puzzle to deal with. I got my "born with it" nose back. Even my parents (who live in WI) thought it looked like my nose did in my high school senior picture (24 yrs ago). Very happy with the procedure and whom I chose to perform the task!

I searched for a lot of difference doctors online and met with three before choosing Dr. Goldman. I was scared about the surgery but Dr. Goldman and the entire staff made me so comfortable. And the follow up care is exceptional! My nurse Jill and Dr. Goldman have been attentive ever since.
