Breast Surgery
Every woman has a vision for what she’d like her breasts to look like—maybe your ideal breasts are fuller, smaller, perkier, or rounder. It’s my goal to make your vision a reality. As a board-certified plastic surgeon serving the Cleveland region, I have performed hundreds of breast augmentation surgeries, using either breast implants or fat transfer to enhance their size and shape; breast lifts, to reduce excess skin and restore perkiness; and breast reductions, to remove unwanted volume. I also perform male breast reductions, known as gynecomastia surgery, to help reduce enlarged breasts in male patients and create a more masculine look. Dr. Nicholas Husni is a board-certified plastic surgeon known for his exceptional skill and attention to detail. With over 16 years in practice, he boasts vast experience in the industry and a deep understanding of the latest medical advancements and cutting-edge technologies.
At his Cleveland-area plastic surgery center, Neo Aesthetic Institute in Lyndhurst, Ohio, Dr. Husni specializes in breast enhancement and mommy makeovers. He also performs facial plastic surgery, including facelifts, brow lifts, eyelid surgery, and rhinoplasty.
His patients can also choose from a full menu of cutting-edge nonsurgical treatment options, including CoolSculpting, Botox, dermal fillers, Broadband Light (BBL) photofacials, Skintyte, laser resurfacing, Kybella, and more.
After receiving his medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine, Dr. Husni pursued his PhD in pathology, also at Boston University School of Medicine. He then completed his residency in integrated plastic surgery and general surgery at Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Boston, followed by a fellowship in aesthetic and breast surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
Dr. Husni is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He is also a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
