Post-Pregnancy Procedures
A mommy makeover is performed using a unique combination of plastic surgery procedures designed to counteract the physical effects of childbearing, and restore and enhance your body. In general, a mommy makeover may include: Breast Augmentation, Breast Lift, Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty), Butt Lift, Liposuction, Labiaplasty or Vaginoplasty. Breast Surgery
Dr. Medalie is an expert in breast augmentation and enhancement. Breast augmentation with implants is a very popular procedure for women and among the most commonly performed cosmetic surgery procedures. Either a silicone or saline-filled implant is placed under the breast tissue or beneath the chest wall muscle. After surgery, breasts will appear fuller and more shapely in contour. Incisions can be placed in the armpit, around the areola, or under the breast. Sometimes a patient’s fat can be injected (autologous fat transfer) into the breast to provide smaller changes in superior or medial fullness. Dr. Medalie typically performs breast augmentation and enhancement as an outpatient procedure in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Medalie of Cleveland Plastic Surgery is an expert in labia minora reduction and vagina rejuvenation (labiaplasty and vaginoplasty in Cleveland, OH). He also performs clitoral hood reduction and fat injection to the labia majora. He has presented his techniques and results at national meetings and in book chapters. His labiaplasty and vaginoplasty patients travel from all over Ohio, the midwest and east coast.
