I am 47 year's old, my breasts are 36 DD. I did not know they were uneven in size until seeing this picture. They are looking South. I am having a lower body lift and I am wandering about how to fix my breasts. I would appreciate any advice.
HI,
I am also not able to see the pictures. It does, however, sound like best treatment for you is a mild reduction and major lift to even out the breasts and get them higher on the chest wall.

I've nursed three children and had a 70 lb. weight loss that have left me with lots of excess skin & sagging. Once I reach my goal weight, I'm interested in a mommy makeover that includes a tummy tuck and breast lift, but not augmenting my breasts. Do you think that's possible with how my breasts look? I'm happy with the size of my breasts when I wear a good bra (currently 38DD) but unhappy with how deflated & saggy they are without a bra.
Based on your photographs, you probably do have enough breast tissue to have a mastopexy (breast lift) alone without implants. This would, in my opinion, require an inverted-T incision pattern. Without implants, your breast size will decrease even if no breast tissue is removed. There will also be little change in the upper pole fullness of the breast (roundness on the top) without implants. You should nonetheless be able to get a nice result, based on the photos. Of course, a thorough exam and consultation is needed to clarify your goals and the best options for you. Thanks for your question.
1 yr.ago had a mastopexy/sm implant exchange with good results. After about 3 months I felt a tear. Noticed implant shifted and clevage/ribs where exposed with alot of muscle sharp pain. With a new doc had another mastopexy/even smaller implant exchange 16 days ago. Day 10 started with muscle spasming,Day 12 had a VERY embarassing bowel movement. Imediate had severe muscle spasm pain in clevage. Since I have had muscle sharp shooting pain. Have I ripped anything? Implant still in place. HELP!!
While it is not impossible that you have torn your muscle, it is not very likely.Muscle spasms are common after this type of surgery and will resolve over time. It is important that you discuss your concerns with your surgeon, though.
