Q: Do saline breast implants cause any weight gain or retention over time?
A:
There is absolutely no evidence that breast implants would cause weight gain or any other illness. Certainly look for other potential causes such as thyroid disease.

La Roche-Posay Anthelios SX with Mexoroxyl MX: Nice basic products for skin
Prevage MD: Helps with aging due to potent antioxidant
Proactiv Revitalising Toner: Toners do very little for the skin
StriVectin-SD: No proven benefit, NOT better than Botox
