Will I Need a Facelift to Fix my Neck?

Will I need a face lift to fix my neck, I am only 42 and have extra skin on neck when I look down. Is it possible to do just a neck lift?
A: Yes

It will take a facelift to redrape your neck skin into a tighter position.  Trying to do incision on the neck to take care of your problem will leave unsightley scars that are hard to camoflage.  You will also get the side benefit of tightening of the facial skin if you have the whole facelift.
