Is Neck Liposuction or Chin Augmentation Right for Me?

I am a 23yr old female looking to improve my side profile. I have a lot of fat under my chin and this causes an awful side profile. It also shows from the front. From what I've read neck/chin liposuction could be a good option. Also chin implants seem like another possible idea.

A: lipo

At this point lipo looks like the most logical option for you because it will redrape your entire jaw line and bring back a beautiful profile.  I would avaoid any implant at this time -

Lipo-Ex Side Effects- Hard Bump, Red and Tender. (photo)

I have had 3 Lipo-Ex treatments of the abdomen. The first 2 were without pain.side effects. However, the third I had a different technician and felt the procedure was warmer, and rougher. After the 3rd treatment my abs were a little sore, 3 days after the treatment I have noticed a hard bump/lump that is round in the lower part of my stomach just above my c-section scar, now the area is very tender to the touch and the skin is red and warm....is there cause for alarm? HELP!!

A: possible infection

The redness may indicate a possible infection and you need to be evaluated by a board-certified ASPS Doctor.

Why Wouldn't Lipo Be Done in Combo with TT? 48 Yrs 120 Lb Loss

Why Wouldn't Lipo Be Done in Combo with TT?  48 Yrs 120 Lb Loss

A: Liposuction

In most cases I combine liposuction when it is safe to take into account the amount of fluid and skin taken off your body in one setting.  In some instances, however, adding additional larger areas of liposuction, such as inner and outer thighs, may be too much to do in one surgery and an additional surgery may be required in order to stay with in safe guidelines.
