Dr. Peter Capizzi is known for over twenty five years experience in breast surgery. He has placed over 10,000 breast implants over the course of his career and been an integral part of developing the best implant technology for his patients. He has also found
I occasionally use Sculpta to fill in dimples (referred to as ripples in the industry) but it is expensive and not permanent. The most cost-effective and long-term solution is going to be exchanging those older saline implants for gummy bear implants. As your tissue and skin continues to age, the ripples will only become more pronounced. Gummy bear implants have less rippling (Sientra Luxe or Luxe Plus are going to be my recommended choices) and they have better warranties to prevent you from paying high out-of-pocket expenses if they do ripple in the next decade or more.

as there are no studies comparing immune response based on manufacturers this question cannot be answered definitively. Motiva is not currently a manufacturer selling products in the US (unless on study). I would choose a type of implant (highly cohesive gel, 5th generation) over a manufacturer per se. However, you ask and I personally like the gummy bear implant line from Sientra.

however, the studies actually refute and do not support the use. The use of the surgical bra actually is a significant contributor to an increased complication rate in new primary augmentation patients and an increase capsular contracture rate. For years there are some, similar to myself and the practice at Capizzi MD that has an emphasis on implants, breast augmentation, and implant revision surgery that do not recommend post surgical bras.

best discussed and answered with a consult. Your dimensions describe a petit person and with implants mentioned you might be tight with both. So although base width is important, so is your history. Did you have children? Did you lose a significant amount of weight? etc. Best is to get a couple of good plastic surgery consults, do not fixate on one implant, because there are 100s and let the surgeon offer you what will achieve your goals. He or she knows best how to achieve the goals you describe to them.

the clitoral hood is also redundant and can use some recontouring. So the answer to your question is a definite yes.

breast. HP implants are good for projection and limit the side boob appearance which was popular in the 90's. The MP are wider with less projection. The fact you mention FF implies that you have a 410 Allergan implant. You might be interested in looking at another implant line such as Sientra which will give you a softer stronger implant, made in America too!

especially if local anesthetic was injected prior. The amount seen appears very normal and should resolve in 2-3 weeks.

common; however, the degree you mention only you and your surgeon know if there was existing asymmetry preoperatively before implants. The importance of this is that the larger the implant, the more the asymmetry can be recognized as it acts like a magnifying glass for some. Second, the technique used for insertion and pocket creation is very important, and finally, if this remains and does not improve after 3-4 months, consult with your surgeon and see if you can get the implants adjusted. It does appear that the center of the implant on your left is higher as the nipple points down. Just some thoughts...

have women that wonder if it was a mistake after all. Cooler heads prevail in these instances. First, it is not an emergency to remove them asap; second, you are in the early phase with swelling, the shape is not stable yet and breasts feel heavier than they will be...so I would tell you to wait at least 8 weeks, preferably 12 weeks before coming to a conclusion.
You can have them removed and fat grafted without implants respective to the size mentioned above. (provided you have some fat elsewhere on your body to be donated.)

Really though your picture is from top down and this is distorting. Most surgeons would look at the pre and post op photos over time to discern a preoperative difference that was there prior to surgery vs. contracture, vs. activity related and pocket difference. As it appears you have a lift, skin excision can also play a role.

I am 8 months post-op from my breast reduction with Dr. Capizzi and I couldn’t be happier with my results! I wanted to be very small and my biggest worry going into things was ending up larger than I had hoped, but Dr. Capizzi did a wonderful job at not only making my breasts small, but beautiful and natural looking too. I am much more confident now, can wear clothes that I only dreamed of wearing before, and (possibly the best part) have not worn a bra since recovering! I couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon and would recommend Dr. Capizzi to anyone.
I come in regularly for Botox and the staff is always amazing. Today I was hit with a 3% service fee for using my credit card and not happy about this at all. While i understand that credit card companies can charge this I felt blindside. Had i known i would have come in with cash. Which is an unknown amount as I never know exactly how many units I will receive until I consult with the nurse. Its a bad business model as it leaves little room for a practitioner to suggest additional options for me ,thus in the end it is only the office that would suffer lo$$. The 3% is big especially if someone buys a med spa package or worse a $10,000 facelift. I don't understand why I see tons of promotions being given here for discounts on future services to retain and build clientele when something as petty as this is being done. I will now highly consider other medspas for my Botox that do not charge this fee. I still give them a good rating but may not return.
Firstly I’d like to state as a man looking to get breast implants is challenging and mentally hard and being turned away disrespectfully by two of the leading plastic surgery offices in charlotte really made it tougher to continue on. But upon arriving at Capizzi I was not once judged or questioned about my decision to be here but was greeted with open arms by the amazing staff and Dr. Capizzi and quickly found myself looking at a 3d visual of my dream self. I felt so welcomed and honored to be here and would recommend this to anyone in the LGBTQ community in charlotte or the US. As a gender fluid person looking to achieve my goals since I was 15 the Capizzi team made it super simple and welcoming using the top technology and hands on techniques. Would 10 out of 10 recommend them to anyone and everyone. I didn’t even have a procedure just a consult and can promise you I’m a life long Capizzi customer Thank you Capizzi team.
Dr. Capizzi and his staff are nothing but top-notch. I have had several surgical procedures and they went so smoothly and I have amazing results. My botox and fillers are so natural (actually better)! I would NEVER go anywhere else!
I am so impressed with all of the staff at the Capizzi, MD practice. It would be difficult to single out any one staff member as ALL of them I came in contact with were very gracious, kind, patient and professional. I do want to thank Dr. Capizzi, who simply listened to my needs, was so kind, patient and professional. I am still in recovery mode but the staff has been wonderful. My procedures have been life changing thanks to the Capizzi team.
Capizzi MD was my first cosmetic surgical experience. I couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable team to lead me through it. Doctor Capizzi and his staff exceeded my expectations with any needs or concerns that I had. Postop, I am extremely pleased with my results and how I was taken care of. I would highly recommend this practice to any friends or family.
Over the last few years I feel like I always look so tired, in photos you can barely my eyes and it is increasingly difficult to apply eye makeup. During my consult, Dr. Capizzi explained that a blepharoplasty alone would not give me the desired outcome so I decided to add a brow lift as well. All of the staff at Dr. Capizzi’s office have been professional, knowledgable and very compassionate. They made me feel comfortable whether I was making an appointment, discussing payment or preparing for surgery. The office is always clean and organized. 5-17-22 Surgery day My surgery was later in the day so I didn't experience a ton of pain as I'm assuming I was still recovering from medication given during surgery. I am sleeping on my back, which I'm not a big fan of, and also with my head a bit elevated. This is supposed to help with swelling. I was a little shocked at how I look, how many stitches I have, etc. Post-op Day 1 Some swelling is beginning to show up but not too bad. I haven't felt bad today at all. Post-op Day 2&3 Definitely have more swelling and I haven't felt as good the last few days.I did go in for an appointment and they were pleased with how everything is healing so far. My head is very numb so it's difficult to brush my hair near the incision since I can't really feel where I'm brushing. It's also just a weird feeling but I'm told that's normal. Post-op Day 4 I am writing this review on post-op day 4. My main complaint today is that my incisions are itching badly so I did take some Benadryl to help. So far I am pleased with my results but I have a long way to go and I'm very concerned about scarring. I will continue giving updates throughout my journey. Updated on 22 May 2022: Photos right after surgery once I was back home. I wasn’t in too much pain at this point. Incisions are more than l expected but I am hopeful they don't scar too much. I also don't have lot of swelling or bruising at this point. I'm very excited to see how I progress! Updated on 4 Jun 2022: Feeling much better. Incisions on my eyelids are looking great. I’m still concerned about scarring especially on my forehead. My forehead isn’t really numb but the top of my head into my hair is. I am using Biocornium scar gel twice a day. I have noticed that my skin is starting to relax some and I was told that would happen. I just hope it doesn’t relax anymore.
I had a breast lift with implants done by Dr. Cappizi and had a great experience. I had many questions after the procedure and tend to be a worrier. The nursing staff happily took all my calls and emails to reassure me that the healing process was going well. I would highly recommend sitting down with Dr. Cappizi to see if he's the right fit for you.
I can not say enough about Dr. Capizzi and his staff. From my consultation to my follow ups, have been nothing but awesome. This office really cares about their patients. They have made me feel comfortable since day one. If I have any questions the staff are amazing in answering any questions that I may have. I am very happy with my choice and I will not be able to say enough about this office. They are 100% professional and caring. It's hard to find that these days. I highly recommend Dr Capizzi!!!!!!
Dr. Capizzi is a diamond in a coal mine of plastic surgeons. He has that "je ne sais quoi" factor, with a da Vinci eye of artistry, combined with a Rodinesque ability to sculpture the body with his scalpel. I had a breast implant exchange with a modified lift to smaller size, and he did above and beyond my expectations. No scars, no pain, a seamless surgical experience. I was exercising in a month with walking upwards to six miles, and full workouts by two months. I highly recommend Dr. Capizzi with his exceptional physician's ability, not to mention his warm personality, delightful staff, and gorgeous facility.
