I am a 48 year old breast cancer survivor . Prior to my diagnosis I was going to consider a breast lift, cancer surprise and I had mastectomy and implants. “A Wonderful Experience, Overall...-...”
I had a full abdominoplasty in Nov 2011. I don't regret it at all. However, I now want more kids sooner than I had anticipated.... so I am pretty sure I'll be undoing some of my amazing surgeon's work :( Having said that, I'm glad I did it - I lost 100+lbs after gastric bypass, and was miserable about my flappy belly. Growing up, I was always a large child and I remember asking what those markings were on my thighs in 3rd grade. I found out they were stretch marks and from that day on, I have always been fat. “Muscle Repair Looseness 1.5 Years...”
I had a full tummy tuck because of lax muscles and some seperation, alot of extra skin and stretch marks following two pregnancies. It helped alot with my back pain and made exercise easier.
