Is it really better than sub pectoral? I am getting a full lift with small impants in April and never heard of sub fascia before. It all sounded impressive but I`m a bit sceptical. Loved the facts and the PS is highly recommended, he really explained all the facts but I wanted to hear other opinions. Thank you!
I too don't believe that there is enough fascia over the pectoralis muscle to dissect under and to place an implant there. The implant either goes over the muscle or partially under. It is not a real operation just a con. I have been doing this surgery for over 30 years and teach residents and fellows and dont believe in this procedure.
I am getting breast implants in two weeks and have a girls night out planned the weekend before. I'm not a big drinker, but is it ok if I have one or two cocktails a few nights before surgery? I've heard a few different opinions.
Consuming alcohol has been shown to affect normal clotting and can result in a higher risk of bleeding. Although it is unlikely to be anything life-threatening during a breast augmentation, a small amount of bleeding can cause more bruising and also lead to a higher likelihood of forming a capsular contracture later.
Please advise on the safety and integrity of these particular ones. Also which ones do you consider the Rolls Royce of breast implants? Thanks
Eurosilicone is a a French breast implant manufacturer that is not related to Poly Implants Prothese (PIP).
The current safety warnings are about the PIP implants and anyone with these implants in place should have them removed. There are no such warnings about Eurosilicone.
Implants produced by Eurosilicone, are CE marked, Class III medical devices and meet all standards specific to breast implants in Europe. However, they are not FDA approved for implantation in the United States. The only breast implants Currently approved in the US are made by Allergan and Mentor.
