Rhinoplasty should never be rushed, which is why I take an exceptionally careful and detailed approach in my New York City plastic surgery center. I believe that the secret to an elegant and understated rhinoplasty is to assess each patient’s unique facial structure and then customize my approach accordingly. This results in a beautiful, natural-looking nose. I also employ the newest techniques in structural manipulation to achieve those graceful contours and profiles. In addition to performing rhinoplasty on patients having the procedure for the first time, including teenagers, one of my specialties is revision rhinoplasty. Over my career, I've had many patients come to me with poorly performed procedures completed by other surgeons.

Facelift surgery is the gold standard in facial rejuvenation. The procedure corrects host of all-too-familiar signs of aging: loose and sagging skin, fine lines, and wrinkles. These signs can start off small but become more extreme, presenting as deep creases, nasolabial folds, a droopy jawline, and heavy under-eye bags. Facelift surgery—whether short-scar, deep plane facelift, or a combination—is the long-term solution to restore your youthful appearance. Neck lifts, in contrast, address skin laxity, sometimes referred to as “turkey neck.” Many of my patients choose to have both procedures at the same time for a wholly rejuvenated look. In both of these surgeries, I take a “less is more” approach to achieve natural looking results. You should look refreshed and youthful after your facelift or neck lift—never “overdone” or unnatural. My patients are pleased with the fact that they never look overdone, pulled or stretched—because looking “done” equals looking old!

I specialize in many forms of breast enhancement in my New York City practice, including breast augmentation, breast lifts, breast reductions, and breast implant removal and replacement. My goal is to ensure that you feel confident, comfortable, and beautiful. Breast augmentation involves adding volume to your breast via breast implants or via your own fat, removed from elsewhere and transferred to the breasts. Implants are placed through very small incisions at the armpit, which reduces pain and downtime, and doesn’t impact nipple sensation or breastfeeding ability. I also remove and replace old implants with new implants, which allow for a softer, more natural look and feel. I specialize in breast lifts to reduce sagging and loss of volume, as well as breast reductions to ease physical issues that can occur with large breasts.
