I know three great surgeons in the LA area: Nirav Savalia(949-759-0980), Hisham Seify (949-251-1502), and Eugene Kim (310-205-3546). They are all well trained, with great experience, and are very nice people. You will have a great surgery and experience with any of them.
m a 34c and want to be a 38D I am 5'2 135lbs any suggestions on implant size I should receive. if this helps my measurments 34c 24 38.
As you can see from all of the answers, our focus is not so much on cup size but rather what implant is appropriate for your body and your aesthetic goals. We first determine which range of implants will fit appropriately in your breast (based on your body measurements), and then narrow down the selection based on your preoperative aesthetic goals (how big you want to be). The final determination is made in the operating room after trialing different implants sizers to achieve the result you desire. The key portion of size determination is making sure that you and your plastic surgeon are in complete agreement as to what your aesthetic goals are, and making sure that these are healthy and realistic goals. Best wishes!
Hi, I'm exactly 1 month post operation...and I was wondering if I bottomed out from my left breast? I was extremly flat pre surgery...had absolutley nothing there...and I had 280cc saline impants put in. Will they eventually even out...or have I bottomed out? If I have, now what?
It is difficult to ascertain from the picture that you submitted, but it seems that you are quite asymmetric following breast augmentation. There are several reasons for this postoperatively, which include preoperative asymmetry, surgical technique, and implant settling. Your left implant has settled into lower position postoperatively compared to the right implant. Again, this may be due to any of the reasons I mentioned. Ultimately, you do have an asymmetry and I would urge you to discuss it with your surgeon to come up with a plan to address your situation. Best wishes with your result.
