How Soon Can I Fly After Recieving a Vbeam Procedure?

I am considering to have a Vbeam procedure. I travel a lot for business so if I have a procedure done on a Friday would there be affects on my results or recovery if I fly on the Sunday after the procedure.

A: V-beam after care

You can fly immediately after v-beam laser treatment for rosacea. The flight should not effect your results. However, most patients get a little bruising/redness from the laser. So you should be prepared with make up to cover it up.

I Have Had 1 Vbeam Treatment 1 Week Ago but Have Not Seen Any Improvement at All. Options?

1 week post-op Vbeam with seeing improvement at all. What do you suggest I ask the physician assistant to do to make the vbeam more effective? I heard about "stacking" - is this zapping the same area twice before moving on to next? or about "multiple passes" - going over area more than once. Would either of these 2 methods work? If so, which one is better? She said it may be around 40% improvement after 1st treatment but 0 improvement - I'm discouraged since I have tried all the creams & antibios with no help.Thks

A: V-beam may require multiple treatments

Most patients require 2 treatments for erythema (redness). However, some patients need 3-4 treatments. A lot also depends on the energy that's used to do the treatment.

Have Had 2 VBeam Treatments for Rosacea but No Improvement, What Can I Do To See Results from VBeam Treatments?

I get red bumps reduced with creams & antibiotics before doing vbeam again? or does it not make a difference? setting on 2nd was 6 millimeters? + 11 joules. should I try stacking or multiple passes next?

A: V-Beam for rosacea

Most patients require 2-3 treatment to help with the redness of rosacea. Some patients require 3-4 treatments. Also, you may need the laser done at a higher strength.
