Breast Surgery
Breast augmentation has provided many women with increased self-confidence and better body proportions. In addition to enlarging small breasts, breast augmentation can correct asymmetry, misshapen breasts, or physical abnormalities, and restore breast shape and fullness after pregnancy or aging. At my practice in Manhattan and Long Island, we offer patients a number of choices of breast implants, including anatomical implants. Sometimes called “teardrop shape,” anatomical implants are contoured like the shape of the natural breast. In addition to traditional breast augmentation surgery, I perform TUBA (transumbilical breast augmentation), a novel technique that places a very small incision inside the rim of the navel. I also offer breast fat transfer augmentation, breast reduction, breast lifts, breast reconstruction, and breast implant revision. Hip & Butt Enhancement
I have many years of experience providing my patients with safe, successful buttock lifts for my patients in Manhattan and Long Island. While a butt lift can be achieved with silicone implants, fat grafting or fat transfer is the preferred method. This procedure involves using liposuction to collect excess fat from other areas of the body, such as the waist, love handles, thighs, and abdomen. I then purify the fat and skillfully inject it into the buttocks, to lift and contour them. Sometimes this technique is called large-volume buttock augmentation because a significant amount of fat must be harvested and transferred for a pleasing result. Special attention must be given to the upper buttocks, so that the entire rear looks youthful and naturally lifted. During your consultation with him, you will explain your goals, and I will customize your surgical plan to provide you with the size and contour you desire.
