Any doctor can take a syringe, fill it full of Botox or Jevederm or Restylane and inject it in your face. But very few have mastered the artistry and have the understanding of the facial anatomy needed to achieve near surgical results. Michelle Henry is that doctor. Although my treatment was only less than two weeks ago, the results are already remarkable. The lines from my nose to my lips are gone, my cheeks are fuller, my jawline is tighter, the lines on my forehead and crows feet around my eyes are fading. I had a wonderful experience getting filler in my lips with Dr. Michelle Henry. She was so lovely and took the time to explain everything to me before we started. She decided 1 syringe of Restylane would give me the results I was looking for. She proceeded to inject my upper lip first and then my lower lip. She even let me look at myself half way through the procedure so that I could really see the difference. After she was finished, she handed me a mirror and I absolutely loved the way they looked. Dr. Henry did inform me that they would continue to swell and to not be alarmed, it was completely normal. I didn't even have any bruising! I have been a patient of Dr. Henry since December 2014, when I went to her to treat my acne/hyper-pigmentation. She suggested we treat the acne first and then move on to treating the scars. I was put on a regimen of Aczone, Atrolin and Minoclyne and after about 3 months my acne was completely clear. During my March follow-up began discussing how to treat the hyper-pigmentation and she suggested a combination of Hydroquinone 4% and introduced me to the idea of a Vitalized Peel. After watching countless YouTube videos and reading a ton of reviews, I was finally ready for my peel! The process was a little uncomfortable. First, the nurse prepped my skin by cleansing it with a acetone solution, this was a little unpleasant because I was holding my breath trying not to inhale the fumes of the acetone. Then Dr. Henry then came in and applied the Vitalize Peel, this consisted of applying three layers of the solution on my face and neck area. While applying moderate pressure she used a gauze for the application of the solution (for exfoliation and deeper penetration I assume)...I felt a stinging sensation immediately! It STUNG and BURNED she fanned my and that felt better but I kept thinking OMG! my face is on FIRE! I managed to get through all the layers and finally after like 3/4 minutes the stinging burning sensation subsided. When Dr. Henry was done the nurse came back in and applied some cortisone on my face that felt like a soothing heaven! I will be updating my results and I will try to take pictures on a daily basis to record the process. Wish me luck! Updated on 20 Apr 2015: I've finished peeling! see the pictures for a visual and small caption to describe process. So far I am happy with my results! I knew going in to this that one peel may not be enough and so I did purchase two at the recommendation of Dr. Henry. Dr. Henry also told me the skin will continue to heal after I'm done peeling so lets see what the next couple days/ weeks have in store for my face. I'm hoping that final heeling process will take care of the remaining scars, which have improved significantly!! Back in December, my morning routine would consist of layers of bb cream, foundation and concealer, today I am proud to say that I can get away with a light layer of bb cream or go with no make up at all! feels great! Updated on 20 Apr 2015: Updated on 29 Apr 2015: Just wanted to report that I went to my post peel follow up today and Dr. Henry was very pleased with my results. I am scheduled to get my second peel on the 12th. I will be posting more pics and updating those results. :)

I was diagnosed with Basal cell cancer by my regular dermatologist. She refereed me to Dr. Henry because she had had good experiences with her in the past and she was covered by my insurance (NSLIJ). I had a consultation with Dr. Henry and I have never had such a detail oriented doctor in my life. She described the entire procedure and even drew pictures of what the potential final outcome would be. She showed me before and after photos. She talked to me for almost 45 minutes and wasn't the least bit annoyed by my barrage of questions (I'm an engineer :) ). On the day of the procedure, she was very calming. All I can say is that this little lady knows her craft. My cancer was above my upper lip and after it was removed it was almost the size of a quarter! A little over a month later, I am am shocked by my scar. all I see is a thin line and the rest of it is hidden by my nose and smile. I can't believe that I was so worried about not using a plastic surgeon. All in all, Dr. Henry is great.

I saw Dr. Henry with concerns of minor acne, fine lines and aging in general. She was very professional and listened to my conerns and addressed each. She recommended a peel, which I had done many times before. This peel was the most amazing peel ever. Although there was a bit more peeling than I am use to, it was worth it. The tone and texture of my skin is amazing now and fine lines are smoothed out. Dr. Henry was very attentive and thorough in her exam. I will definitely be seeing her again soon!

I have always had moles but every year I notice more were beginning to pop up so I decided to go and get them removed. A friend recommended Dr. Henry because she also used her to remove her moles. The procedure was very quick, and almost painless, you injected a numbing agent and then she used a burning tool to take off the mole. I barely felt the prick for the numbing agent and I couldn't feel anything while she was removing the mole. The total healing time was about three weeks and I'm am very pleased wig my results. I only got requested yo remove a few miles because I was a little nervous about the procedure but I will definitely be back to finish the rest!

Over the summer I was diagnosed with a Basal cell cancer on my nose. Needless to say, I was stunned, scared, and very nervous about how to proceed. My general practitioner referred me to Dr. Michelle Henry who was extremely knowledgeable, incredibly kind, and immediately allayed my fears about my skin cancer. She explained every option to me at length and in the end I went with the Mohs surgery. On the day of the procedure, I felt very confident and knew that I was in expert hands. I was right! Everything went exactly as Dr. Henry had explained it would. I’m still in the process of healing, but so far, my recovery has been going well. My scar is barely visible and my husband actually thinks that my nose looks "younger". I am exceptionally grateful for all of the help and excellent care. Dr. Henry is simply the best!
