My family has skin that runs crepe-y, so as I entered my 40s, I was hoping to address some light sagging in my upper eyelid early, for both a more awake and youthful look immediately, but also as a preventative measure that I suspected would pay off even more in the coming decade or so. I'd already been to Dr Khoresani for a very successful mole removal and scar treatment (for which he is also very well known), and knew of his extensive expertise in blepharoplasty. He understood the natural look I was going for, and him and his team created a wonderful and calming environment for the procedure. The results are absolutely perfect; bright-eyed and completely natural, with almost no visible scar after 6 months. I would categorize this as a relatively easy procedure with little downtime and a big payoff. My personal opinion is that anyone seeking to maintain a naturally youthful appearance should consider this part of their essential 40s laser/botox regime, with a true expert like Dr. Khoresani - the investment is absolutely worthwhile. I also appreciated that I could get this done without needing to go under anesthesia (optional). Highly recommend!

Dr Khorasani is calm, patient and explains every step of the procedure throughly. I was delighted with the results from the surgery. There was some bruising which I expected but it soon dissipated. I only wish I had had the procedure years before. The entire staff is wonderful.

Dr. Khorasani and his team are wonderful professionals, who are compassionate and competent and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Dr. K is hands down one of the best doctors I have ever had the pleasure of being treated by. I went in specifically for concerns regarding stubborn armpit bulge and back fat. Throughout my life, it did not matter what weight I was, I could never get rid of fat in this area! I thought that Kybella would be a potential treatment, but he advised me that liposuction would be the best option, especially since this would end up being the the same cost. The reason we went with liposuction vs. Kybella (invasive vs. non-invasive) is due to the fact that Dr. K said he has more control by doing so and can ensure that the result will be what I was hoping for. This answer and reassurance is what you want from a doctor because it shows how much he cares about his patients' results and takes pride in his own work. In the end, not only did my procedure go very well and as expected, but he and his entire office made sure that my healing process went smoothly as well. I felt taken care of the entire time and could not be happier with the result! You would never even know I had anything done as his work is extremely natural.
