Q: Breast lift or just nipple reduction?
A:
If you want to be bigger then an implant should be part of the solution.
If you want to be lifted, I am not sure from the photos whether or not you are truly a candidate in as much as any lift requires some cutting, which may leaves scars that do not justify a modest improvement.
Finally, your areaolas appear uneven and oval. A nipple procedure to reduce them, make them rounder and even them up can be performed.
