Discoloration and Small Lump After Tear Through Juvederm Injection - New York, NY

Just rude unless maybe it is a highly cost procedure . So if you are having some minor procedure done be prepared to be rushed out of the office. He injected juvederm in my tear through and didn't even bother to massage the product and rushed out for his next appointment. (which left a lump and discoloration) . He told me I would have to pay for Hyaluronidase injection to fix the problem, even though I was told by his staff that it will be free of charge . Then basically told me to find another doctor because I have too many complaints (after giving me higher price than I was told on the phone by his staff for nasal folds injection ! Not only bad bedside manner for a professional but plain rude on a personal level.

Dr. Sherman is an excellent plastic surgeon, he does great work and is well informed in his procedures to make the proper recommendations. His bedside manner isn't the greatest, but his superior surgical skills more than make up for it. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful, especially during the procedure and post-op. Dr. Sherman did an excellent job at fixing previous shody breast augmentation procedure I had done a few years ago. He took the time to meet with me and explain my options and recommend the best procedure to give me the results I was seeking. I am more than happy with my results and would choose him again.

My son was injured playing baseball and required facial reconstructive surgery. Needless to say, it was a stressful time for our family. Once we contacted Dr. Sherman, we feel the process was made as easy as possible and we truly felt as though we were giving our son the best care possible. Dr. Sherman was fantastic in every way. We cannot say enough about him and his colleagues. My son is doing very well and recovered beautifully and quickly thanks to the excellent care he received from Dr. Sherman.

Dr. Sherman was a guardian angel during my horrible experience as a victim of an assault that left me with a fractured nose, scalp and other injuries. Dr. Sherman demonstrated all the qualities of a doctor who practices what the hippocratic oath is meant to be. He treated me with care, concern, compassion and applied his excellent medical skills to repair my fractured nose and correct a previously done surgery on my forehead. He was very accommodating and he took time to personally speak to other physicians involved in my medical care to ensure that I receive the timely attention I needed at this critical time. Dr. Sherman was instrumental in turning this awful experience into something that helped me regain faith and confidence in what a good surgeon or physician should be. Thank you Dr. Sherman!
