5 out of 5 stars Brow Lift

Dr. Romo is a Warm Hearted, Generous, GENIUS!!! New York, NY

Show More I went to Dr. Romo after having interviewed several of the most world-renowned NYC Doctors in facial plastic surgery. Only Dr. Romo accurately diagnosed my condition, and recommended an endoscopic brow lift which was the right diagnosis with the greatest "bang for the buck" overall. Dr. Romo uses tools and techniques he personally developed and teaches Doctors from all over the world how to execute his techniques/tools. Later, when meeting another top plastic surgeon for a non-facial issue, he was literally in awe of the results achieved by Dr. Romo, as am I. But at the same time, the result was completely natural. There was no unnatural pulling of the skin. I just look about 15 years younger with brighter more open eyes. My colleagues, friends and family commented that "how is it that you are aging backwards?", "you look so incredibly rested", "did you just take a vacation?". My sister who is an MD couldn't figure it out, but kept looking at me and asked me "did you get a new eye makeup?" Eventually I confessed. Lastly, Dr Romo is just a wonderful person, and donates his skills and time to a charity he developed called The Little Baby Face Foundation, helping disadvantaged children rectify facial birth defects. I can't say enough good about Dr. Romo and all his staff who are totally on the ball, skilled, friendly, helpful. You are in good hands with all of these professionals.

67 Years Old and Now Ecstatic......I Have Removed 15 Years from my Face!!!!!!!!! - New York

Show More Dr. Romo is a genius. I had been rejected by two of the best known New York plastic surgeons. Dr. Romo is not a cookie cutter surgeon. He crafted my surgery as to address my problem and address the areas that needed special attention. If you want a look crafted for you and only you then Dr. Romo is the plastic surgeon to use. I could not be happier with his work, his personality, his office staff (a special thank you to Diane and Michelle) and I highly recommend him.

5 out of 5 stars Ear Surgery

23 Year Old Female - New York

Show More Dr. Romo has been a blessing in my life. Born with a lop-ear deformity, I was always insecure about the appearance of my ears. I fortuitously came across Dr. Romo's "Little Baby Face Foundation" a few years ago and applied to get corrective ear surgery, knowing my parents would never have the means to pay for such a procedure. The day I was chosen to receive bi-lateral otoplasty through the foundation was the best day of my life. Now, 5 months post-op, I can't help but reflect on my wonderful experience. Dr. Romo's kindness and expertise are unparalleled. He is a pioneer in his field, and he is single-handedly changing the lives of less-fortunate children daily. The process was both smooth and eye-opening for me. Dr. Romo always gave me individualized attention and would patiently listen to any and all of my concerns. Whenever I called the office with a question, he would always personally speak with me, and he even contacted me right away when I called the office on a weekend. During my appointments, he always seems genuinely interested in what is going on in my life, and he has even sent me home with newspaper articles that discuss my chosen profession. He always makes me laugh and he has even been there to wipe away my tears. I truly could not be happier with my ears! I have a profound respect for Dr. Romo and his gracious staff, and because of them, I can now walk with my "hair" held high! I am so thankful to Dr. Romo for performing this life-changing surgery on me. I will forever be indebted to him and I can only pray that one day I will be able to give to others in the capacity he has given to me.
