The cosmetic surgeon who did the lip implants is amazing. He explains things in understandable terms and takes the time to listen. Talented, honest, skilled, helpful, compassionate, and experienced are just a few of the words that describe Dr. P. I also enjoy his dry wit. His staff is awesome too, reflecting his patient-centered approach and commitment to personalized care.

I am a huge fan of Dr. P. He's honest, professional, carefully explains his recommendations and what to expect, and doesn't try to hard-sell you on anything. The best part? Based on my experiences with him, his results are excellent. Isn't that what we all want? Good, reliable, natural-looking results? I also have to commend his staff. They are friendly and courteous, and make me feel welcome. I am always greeted with a smile and seen promptly with no long office waits. Overall, it's a top-notch practice.

Dr. P took the time to listen to my concerns and answer questions. He explained what I could expect from BOTOX, and what it wouldn't address. He was honest and very genuine. He had a light touch and I found the injections to be virtually painless. He did them himself, instead of handing me off to a nurse, which also impressed me. His office is on Park Avenue in NYC so I thought his fee for BOTOX might be a little high, but it was very competitive.

Dr. Pearlman gave me a Face lift and a Chin Augmentation, two months ago, last December 18, 2012. I guess I wanted to improve my appearance. I had used Dr. Pearlman before for another procedure, so that's why I went back. I was happy with him before and I knew I'd be happy again. I originally found him with a blog search on the internet, looking for a plastic surgeon that had experience with men. Dr. Pearlman had written before, and that's how I chose. He explained the procedures and was very confident. Their office environment is extremely nice and gives you comfort with the quality just based on appearance. I told him my objectives for my face and that's what he did. It came out exactly as I expected. Two weeks after the procedures I was able to get back to daily activities. I would and I have recommended him. To me, that's the ultimate compliment that you recommend the doctor to somebody. In addition to Dr. Pearlman, the staff, his nurse, Christine, and everyone are outstanding. I also want to mention that Dr. Pearlman is excellent about following up. I don't think that all doctors do that.

Past experience with Dr. Pearlman. He and his staff walked me through every little detail. No matter how many times I called or nervous, he really spends a lot of time and attention. Actually, because of him and his staff, they were able to help me also get diagnosed with, after surgery, actually with my asthenia, another medical issue and referred me to another doctor. So, it's like a family environment kind of doctor's office, which I called old school.

I picked him out of the multitude of other plastic surgeons based on his articles and a website. I never thought I would write a review until another plastic surgeon made me look like one of those Staten Island mafia women with grotesque lips that do not close. Not every plastic surgeon out there has a gift of understanding the aesthetics. And this is why lip augmentation, even a temporary one, can turn into a nightmare if you end up going to the wrong doctor. Dr. Pearlman just knows how to make your lips looks perfect. He enhances lips instead of inflating them like flat tires. His touch is magical.... I also had Botox in my forehead and was extremely pleased with the results. It is such a relief when you look forward to seeing your doctor and getting treated by him. Dr. Pearlman may come off a bit arrogant but this is because he just knows what you need. As simple as that.

I had Botox and Restylane. I find that Dr. Pearlman really takes his time to determine what is needed, and he has a very conservative approach. I've been happy with the results. I like the fact that he has very strong credentials and he is with Mt. Sinai. That was important to me. During the consultation, he explained various different procedures that might benefit and to get the results that I was looking for, but the use of Botox and Restylane, I have been able to get the results that I wanted in keeping a very natural look. The results are long lasting. This was my first visit since May of this year, so that's a longer period of time than I've experienced with other doctors. Normally, the Botox does wear off after a few months so it lasted me longer than usual. My results are definitely natural looking and would recommend Dr. Pearlman. He has very strong credentials and you'll get the results that you're looking for. When it comes to his office, the environment is very comfortable and very professional and the staff is extremely attentive.

As a doctor, Dr. Pearlman is extremely caring, extremely professional, and he could have easily said to me today, oh yeah, you should have this procedure done. But I think he took my best interest in mind and said look, well, you don't need anything done today and we’ll take a look at this. He said I don't expect you'll need anything done but three months from now, if it develops into a callous; you might want to take a look at that. He has been kind of remarkable that way. There has been a couple of times when I've said how about if we do this and he's like no, you don't want to start doing that because that could just make the thing you want to correct worse. He's definitely out for the patient's self-interest. The staff is amazing.

Referred to Dr. Pearlman by another friend of mine who had a Rhinoplasty done by him. I was referred to Dr. Pearlman by another friend of mine who had a Rhinoplasty done by him. When I saw how she looked afterwards and heard the way she talked him up, I decided to arrange to meet him. During the appointment, I felt comfortable and everything was explained to me thoroughly so I decided to go through with the same procedure. My Rhinoplasty surgery was a year and a half ago. Once the surgery was completed, Dr. Pearlman was very attentive to everything that I needed, as well as making follow-up appointments. When you go to the office, you are in and out, not sitting in a waiting room for hours. I would definitely recommend him for all these reasons.

Dr. Pearlman sat down and really took the time to speak with me to see what it was about my nose that I didn’t like. We went through the process and he told me everything that he would do, he showed me images on the screen, and was very thorough and comprehensive in his reports. I was so nervous about how it was going to turn out after the Rhinoplasty that he even made the time to facilitate extra appointments to talk to me. But it was great and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The best part is that I still look the same, but with a more refined nose. I’d recommend him in a heartbeat. He’s a great doctor with a great bedside manner, and as far as his surgical skill is concerned, I obviously have nothing but good things to say.

I decided to go to Dr. Pearlman for Botox and I really liked the work he was doing so I came back for a Brow Lift and a Revision Rhinoplasty. I would really recommend him to anyone who is doing anything with the face. He never gives me more than what I should get and it’s all very natural looking; that is the most important.
