So I have had a nasal hump for about 2 years and I was just wondering How to get rid of a nasal hump without a Rhinoplasty because I do not have the money for one. Thanks.
Without pictures or an in-person consultation to understand what you mean by a "nasal hump," it is impossible to answer this question. Generally speaking, there are certain nasal defects and/or imperfections that can be corrected with injectable fillers, known as the "non-surgical rhinoplasty." I suggest you consult with a board-certified dermatologist or facial plastic surgeon for evaluation and realistic discussion of treatment options to achieve the results you are aiming for. The link below shows before and afters of non-surgical rhinoplasties achieved with liquid injectable silicone.
I am unhappy with my profile as well as the off center appearance of my nose from a frontal view. Could non-surgical rhinoplasty correct these problems?
Hi.
Going by your pictures, I would say no to non surgical. Your profile can be brought into balance with a subtle rotation and reduction of your nose as well as an extended chin implant. The implant would also improve the front view because making the jawline a little wider helps the face look less long.
I am considering getting Radiesse injected in my nose bridge to heighten it. I have a typical asian nose. Will the injection change the shape of my eyes? For example, will the tear ducts be exposed more and make my eyes look uneven? Or will my eyes seem closer together because of the taller nose bridge?
The most important thing I can say is that you should have a consultation with a board-certified dermatologist or facial plastic surgeon skilled in using injectable fillers for the non-surgical rhinoplasty (nose job). There are many different fillers being used for this purpose. An expert injector will be able to achieve your goals without having any effect on the shape of your eyes or on your tear ducts. In our practice we use liquid injectable silicone for all non-surgical rhinoplasties. Feel free to click on the link below for before and after photos.
