If I don't lift my eyebrows in a picture or when I talk to someone I look mean. I'm only 18 and I'm already getting forehead lines because of it. I want to get a lift or something but without look scary or fake. what would be good?
One of the important considerations in performing a forehead lift is to be mindful of the preoperative and postoperative position of the eyebrows as this is the principal reason for performing a forehead lift.
In younger patients an endoscopic brow lift may be the best technique as the forehead skin is already tight and only needs repositioning.
The endoscopic brow lift procedure is done through small incision hidden in the hairline, or with in the hair.
I have really huge wide forehead which also sticks out. Bangs don't fit me, I look like 10 years old with them. I'd like to know if it's possible to do forehead reduction on my face or hair transplants would be better? I need to reduce it for 1,5 cm only
While technically you may be a candidate for a forehead reduction procedure, I feel that neither hair transplant nor forehead reduction surgery would be a prudent choice for you.
Your skin is quite tight and therefore despite using undulating hairline incisions, you may end up with an unacceptable scar, an unnatural hairline or both.

Hi.
1) I understand exactly what you mean, and a forehead reduction (advancing the scalp forward) will probably make your face look more balanced. This becomes a more important issue as you get older.
2) Surgery is fairly simple and quite safe, with a one week recovery.
3) Hair transplants definitely not a good idea.
