treatment for cellulite can be accomplished with many different treatments however, be wary of claims of long term or permanent cures. Treatments that work are temporary and effect a smoother surface but maintenance is required to provide an improvement, regardless of the device to-date.
I,m 5.4 , 120 pound and I have not much cellulite in my legs and butt , and I have cellulite on my belly, which treatment do you recommend?? what is the best treatment today. Thanks
As Velashape provides more energy than Endermologie there might be better results. Occasionally the radiofrequency energy of Thermage can produce improvement in the cellulite appearance. These treatments certainly may require maintenance treatments as long term results in cellulite are not realistic.

There are many modalities evolving for non invasive procedures to reduce fat contour. Zeltiq CoolSculpting kills fat cells by freezing. The cells do not explode and suddenly release all their fatty content throughout the body. Ultrashape, not FDA approved in the United States at this time, and other devices such as Nova Shape seem to use ultrasonic energy to pass through the skin and rupture the fat cells releasing the triglycerides. There are questions as to what happens to the actual fat cells. Do they die or do they live and fill up again with more fat? Studies have been ongoing investigating the safety effects of having triglycerides liberated and circulated through the body.
