I a very very flat butt, its horrible.I been using padded panties since I was a very young girl. I’m now 39, I always kept more or less in shape, I worked out and nothing, recently I have just gain over 70 pounds putting me at 200 pounds. After a year of depression I have decided to do a BBL. My question is, if I have an extreme flat butt, would a BBL be ok or would it be better to just get implants. My second question is, should I get the implants or BBL before loosing the weight or after.
The BBL is the way to get the most optimal results. The use of fat transfer can allow customization of the buttock enhancement and will give the most natural results with the least complications. If you are very flat it isa possible that you may need a second grafting after 3 months to get the optimal enhancement. But you should first stabilize your weight prior to undergoing surgery. There are alot of pills and creams such as the two I mentioned above that different sites offer as a alternative for butt and breast enhancements besides surgery and I was wondering if they are safe, legal and effective to use?

The safest and most effective way of enhancing the buttocks is through fat transplantation.
