I have consulted a board certified PS & am in process of scheduling the surgery. Dr. has said for perkiest look go for a full lift w/ augmentation, and for a more natural look go with a donut lift w/ augmentation. Below are photos of the look I'm after & my own breasts. I know "perky" and "natural" have different definitions depending on each person. Which lifting would bring mine to the same position and shape? I know all breasts are different, I am simply going for that "style" in the pics
Without and sam it is difficult to say. Many times I do perform a circumareola lift with an augmentation but it has to be the right person.

Hi.
This is the Lejour technique, and it's best for most women. It lifts the breast internally, and the results are very long lasting. Avoid the "anchor scar" lift, which just tightens the skin.

My recommendation would be for a lollipop-type incision for the lift which will allow for nice shaping of the lower portion of the breast. I would also suggest a small moderate profile implant to help with projection of the breast tissue.
Good luck.
