My Enamel Has Started to Severly Deteriorate, How Much Would 9 Veneers Cost?

How much it cost to fix my 9 front top teeth? Not sure what I need but most likely veneers.

A: Cost of Veneers

As the other Dentists have mention, fees for veneers vary by region and experience.  The range quoted by others seems about right.  One question; why only 9 veneers?  That is an odd number and in general we do even number of veneers when planning a case.  This is usually necessary for cosmetics and symmetry.  Is another tooth going to have a crown?  If so this needs to be addressed at time of treatment planning as well since the cost of that one crown can also be significant, similar to that of a veneer.  Good Luck, and remember to get a second opinion and like most things in life, you get what you pay for.

Did my Dentist Give Me a Crowns or Venees? (photo)

I am depressed because I think I have lost healthy tooth structure and I am only 19. I told the dentist I want veneers and during the prep he thinned out my teeth and left them about half the size of a normal unbroken tooth. My was almost broken in half but the very edge of the teeth was intact. When the veneers were fitted they looked more like a cap, they covered the front and back of my teeth. I have included before and after pics.

A: Do my teeth have crowns?

In order to determine if your teeth have crowns the pictures need to show the tongue side of your teeth.  Your results look good- you didn't mention if you were happy.  Sometimes in Dentistry we need to "destruct in order to construct" this may be a case where crowns might have been the best option.  Good luck, don't despair, your results look good and veneers may not have been appropriate.
