I am so happy with the results and can't believe how great I felt right after surgery. I came home from surgery and went out to dinner that same night. I was out shopping the next morning. I always felt young and beautiful but there was always something missing and that was beautiful, natural looking breasts, and when I met with Dr E he provided me with the knowledge and resources to make this dream of mine a reality. I was so impressed with his professionalism and knowledge in his field that there was not a doubt in my mind this was the surgeon to choose! I am not sorry! After hours of research I selected Dr. E to perform my surgery because I felt that he was not only a board certified plastic surgeon but he was also went above and beyond the norm to create the perfect breast augmentation operation. He studied and mastered the procedure called 24 hour rapid recovery. Although I was a bit skeptical Dr. E assured me that I was going to be able to continue with my daily routine, drive and basically not miss a beat of my normal life. This was extremely important to me as I am a working mother who does not have a minute of time to be out of commission. After meeting with Dr. E. he explained the procedure and I was sold. He treats each patient as if you are his only patient of the day and was just so nice and down to earth. He has a great deal of patience and really wants you to be happy with the results. I am thrilled with my results just as I was thrilled with my recovery. I never took anything stronger than tylenol and after taking a short nap the day of my surgery I was back in the swing of my hectic life. I have visited Dr. E several times since my surgery and each time I get so excited because he is just so darn interested in seeing how I am doing. I am doing great and I know without a doubt it is because I selected Dr. E. There are all sorts of surgeons out there but there are only a few doctors like Dr. E. It is a shame that more doctors don't perform the 24 hour rapid recovery but I'm so glad that Dr. E does otherwise I never would have been able to have had my surgery. Thanks again, Dr. E.!

I am very thrilled with my week old results from my upper eye lid surgery, the second time around was the charm. I have been a patient of Doctor E for years, a ref...erral from my Dermatologist. I first met him because of a biopsy for a pre cancerous mole needed to be done on my neck, you could never tell I had stitches. I knew who exactly was going to do my eye lid surgery years later, never needed a second opinion, I trust his knowledge and experience. I explored many websites of plastic surgeons, including some of the more well known ones that advertise on the radio. Dr. Epsteins website was not only impressive but his work looked the best! I finally went for a consultation,not only for breast augmentation,but for rhinoplasty too since I wanted to fix my nose since I was a teenager.His staff is WONDERFUL and always so nice. Dr. Epstein’s website touts the, “24 Hour Recovery Method” but that is not the reason I chose him. I chose him because of his passion for his craft, his knowledge and eagerness to answer my every question, his confidence, his unassuming demeanor and most importantly, his results. In my mind, I really didn’t give too much credence to the 24 Hour Recovery. I figured, “How many different ways could there really be to skin a cat”? If I were to wake up with less pain than I expected and/or in better shape than the debilitating stories I’ve heard, than that would just be an added bonus. I can’t emphasize enough how astonished I was with the recovery as well as my amazing results! Additionally, I generally surround myself with kind, warm hearted, well-intending people; Dr. Epstein is the epitome of just that. After my surgery and my entire bill had been paid, I inquired about having a small cyst removed that my Primary Care Dr. said I need a surgeon for. Dr. Epstein does not take my insurance and offered to do the procedure for me for nothing. I was completely taken with his generosity. That day, his gesture reminded me that there still are some wonderful people among us that do good for the sake of just being kind. There was absolutely nothing for him to gain from me at that point. He already had my money, trust, respect, admiration and appreciation. I believe in Yiddish they would call him a mensch : ) I don’t generally write reviews and recommendations but felt I needed to do other women the service of letting them know how phenomenal my experience was and how confident they should feel in selecting Dr. Epstein. I highly recommend Dr. Epstein and have full trust that anyone who is treated by him will be more than happy. I am 18, and an actress and had to get 2 incisions, one being in the center of my face, to remove pre-melanoma. I was extremely concerned because any noticeable scars on my face could drastically affect my career. Not only was my procedure pain-free but Dr. Epstein made me feel extremely comfortable. I have been regularly visiting Dr. Epstein for almost 3 years now and haven't been able to visit another plastic surgeon since. My mother, who works in the medical field as an administrator for a large family practice has been recommending Dr. Epstein and receives nothing but positive feedback from those who know him. I think the first key phrase I typed into the search engine was “best cosmetic surgeons Long Island”. Within seconds, Dr. E’s’ website came up. I instinctively found myself printing every piece of information he had on his website out so I could read it in bed later on in the evening when the kids went to bed. There were pages upon pages explaining everything I needed to know, everything I wanted to know, and everything I didn’t think of knowing, with regards to breast augmentation. Dr. E’s website explained everything from his techniques for surgery and his rapid recovery plan, to information about types and styles of implants, to before and after photos of clients. The next day I called to schedule my consultation. I am a true believer that Dr. E is an incredible doctor who cares about the end result of his patients. Found Doctor Epstein while searching online for the No Drain Tummy Tuck procedure on Long Island. He was very personable and realistic with me and did not try to up sell or pressure me into anything. He told me exactly what to expect and everything the procedure entails. When I left the office there were no questions asked about scheduling the procedure or any pressure of that nature like I had with other doctors. I was handed a beautifully put together detailed folder about the procedure. The folder also included a list of the incredible amount of certifications the doctor possesses. I was told to go home and read over everything, talk to my family and if I wanted to go ahead with the procedure then to call whenever I was ready. I did just that. I talked it over with my family but they wanted to meet the doctor before I went through with this. This was not a problem at all and they scheduled me for a follow up consultation where the doctor met my father and went over everything again. My father had many questions and was concerned for my well-being and the doctor put him at ease with his outstanding professionalism and incredible overall knowledge of his practice and the procedure. After this meeting I scheduled the surgery. This is where the doctor and his entire staff really shined. I was given a personalized booklet with over 50 pages going over exactly what was going to be done along with what and what not to do before and after surgery. The wonderful staff did everything in their power to calm me down and sooth my nerves. They assured me everything will be fine and I was in good hands. They cracked a joke here and there to make me smile and it really helped. The doctor came in and also did a great job calming me down and got right to work drawing his markings for surgery and took some pictures. I met with the anesthesiologist who was great. He was funny, knowledgeable and very caring. I walked into the surgery room which was in pristine condition, completely organized and well lit.

I was nervous however when I arrived to the office Dr. Epstien and his staff made me feel very comfortable. He explained to me the difference between the saline and the silicone. He takes a 3D picture of you so that you can see what you would like after the surgery. He didn’t seem like a pushy sales man who just wanted to make a sale. You felt he genuinely cared and was there for you. I think the best part was the next day he sent me flowers as well as he personally called himself to make sure that I was ok. How many times do you get a call from your doctor? Never! It’s not just Dr. Epstien it’s his entire staff is awesome they interact with you and or very friendly I love going to his office for my check up because everyone is amazing. Dr. Epstein is unmatched in professionalism, technique, and sincerity. As an out of town patient, my first in-person consultation was held the day before surgery (yesterday). Dr. Epstein was kind enough to come in to see me even though he was scheduled to be out of the office for a religious holiday. The consultation was incredibly thorough. He used 3D imaging to give me an idea of the anticipated results, which have turned out to be amazingly accurate from what I can see so far. Also, his staff members are very courteous and went above and beyond to make the whole experience very pleasant. Not to mention, I was so impressed and touched that he called me this evening just to check in and make sure everything was going ok. I found Dr. Epstein as I was doing a basic Google search for breast augmentation surgeons. I am SO happy I came across him! Dr. Epstein happened to be the 1st plastic surgeon I met with for a consultation a year earlier back on June 14, 2011. (I went to meet with a total of 3). I recall getting home after my initial visit at his office & telling my close family members that I found my doctor! (Even though I had yet to meet with the others). Just like trying on my wedding gown for the 1st time, meeting Dr. Epstein was just a "fit" for me. His professionalism, knowledge, patience and trust were all the reasons I chose him and his team and haven't had 1 regret since. Although I had a certain vision for what I thought I wanted, when I met with Dr. Epstein, he explained that in order for me to achieve the natural look I wanted, I would actually require less than I thought I would need. All of his explanations were done in a manner that I did not feel he was dumbing down or talking down to me. So refreshing to have that with a doctor!!! My only negative thus far is that you will at times be waiting some minutes in the waiting room prior to your appointment, however, that's because he spends quality time with his patients, so for that reason, I patiently wait. :o)I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Epstein for those interested in breast surgeries and thank my lucky stars that I came across his website when I was researching for my breast augmentation surgery. Googles how i found him. Why did i rate so high? Cause he EARNED it! I met with Dr. Epstein and his staff and found the most sensitive, professional, motivated staff on Long Island. The rapport I built with both Staff and Dr. Epstein was better than I could have worked for. The staff was so knowledgeable and eager to help my situation, reassuring, and friendly. They set my mind at ease right away. Dr. Epstein comes off more of an architect than a surgeon. After 20 years and four children, I finally decided to research tummy tucks. I chose Dr. Mark Epstein for many reasons. However, what initially caught my attention is that he doesn't use drains in doing tummy tucks. He was the only doctor who offered this option. I met with him and was extremely impressed with his caring, sincerity, and professionalism. These same qualities are also exhibited by his staff. It's been five weeks since my tummy tuck. (No drains) I had the procedure on a Tuesday and was back at work the following Monday. My surgery was about five weeks ago. I haven’t regretted my decision one bit. I couldnt have asked for a better experience with Dr. Epstein. I was lost about where I wanted to go to get my breast augmentation. Dr. Epstein was the first place I went and I had a really good feeling about him. However, everyone was telling me I should go to at least two different doctors before I make my choice. I went to doctor steven greenburg and had a horrible experience. After waiting for about an hour to see him, the visit was very inpersonnel and the people there was ALL about the money. I knew then that Dr. Epstein was right for me. I scheduled my surgery and wasnt nervous at all. I had my boyfriend and mom by my side and had a wonderful experience. I got a phone call the night before my surgery by the anesthesiologist to make sure I was all set for surgery. The next day surgery went as smooth as possible and I got a phone call from Dr. Epstein that night to make sure I was okay. The next day I received flowers from doctor Epstein. I just had my 1 month check up and everything is perfect. I wouldnt recommend anyone else but Dr. Epstein if you are looking to have your breasts done.

Dr. Epstein used the dual plane technique on me. He was very thorough and took time to explain the entire procedure to me. I felt safe and assured that he would do an excellent job. Start to finish Dr. Epstein and the staff were great.  I knew after my first visit, that I wanted Dr. Epstein to do the surgery (breast augmentation).  He was professional, thorough and meticulous about his work.  I never once felt rushed during any of my visits.  I was skeptical about the 24 hour recovery  and only ibuprofen for pain because no other doctor could give me that same guarantee.  But sure enough everything he said was true.  Immediately after surgery, I  was able to raise my arms over my head.  My husband and I  went to a hotel and I took my nap.  Woke up, ate and took a shower.  I couldn't wait to show off the new me.   I was so excited that I got  ready and went out for dinner.  Dr. Epstein called to see how I was doing. Still, no pain, no meds.  It truly felt like I had a tough work out.  I did my exercises as instructed and the next day I was off to school.  Of course, I couldn't drive but that was all.  I was  able to do everything I normally do.  Dr. Epstein is great and I would recommend him to anyone!

Upon searching for the very best Plastic surgeon who would produce the most natural looking results, I was refereed to meet with Dr. Epstein by a close friend. It has been 12 days since my surgery and I could not be more satisfied. The final product is beyond natural looking, Individuals who have not seen me in some time may not notice that any procedure occurred at all. My friend, Shelly. Dr. Epstein and his staff are absolutely amazing. After researching countless plastic surgeons throughout a few different states, I finally decided on having my breast augmentation done by Dr. Epstein. A girlfriend of mine, who is a hairdresser, had the procedure done at his office and was back to work after only three days, I had to see it to believe it! I made an appointment for a consultation and upon meeting Dr. Epstein, I was immediately comfortable and at ease. He explained everything, the pros and cons, in complete detail. He shared with me, his 24 hour recovery recipe and that sealed the deal for me. I scheduled my surgery that day. His staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant. There is little to no waiting when going for an appointment in his office. The day before my surgery, I received a call from the anesthesiologist that was to assist in my surgery; she was wonderful and I appreciated the personal call. The morning of my surgery, I was a bit nervous but was put at ease by Dr. Epstein and his staff. I awoke from my surgery in a minimal amount of pain; I was completely surprised by how little pain I had. I followed Dr. Epstein's simple 24 hour recovery plan and was able to return to work in three days! I am an ICU nurse and I was able to return to work with no restrictions. I needed only the Ibuprofen 800mg for my pain and I ended up having some left over as I no longer needed them after 3 or 4 days. I was absolutely amazed. I couldn't be happier with the augmentation!! They look absolutely amazing and definitely exceeded my expectations; I had very uneven breasts prior to my surgery and Dr. Epstein was able to make them perfectly symmetrical. The entire experience was better than I could have ever imagined. I would highly recommend Dr. Epstein to anyone that is interested in having a breast augmentation; he is a pioneer in this field. I could never thank him enough for what he has done for me and my confidence level.

His philosophy is wonderful. His website alone gives so much information and then he and his staff were wonderful answering my many questions. In the end I was able to go into surgery without any worries, something I had never thought I would be able to do. Dr Epstein's philosophy about deciding ahead of time the right size for your body and then performing the surgery in as gentle a manner as possible so that the healing for the patient will be as easy as possible is wonderful. I really wonder why more Drs don't make that their focus. I also appreciated the before and after photos from his 3D machine. It was so hard to imagine size and that was very helpful.

Dr. Epstein and his staff went above and beyond for this experience, including a care bag given at the time of the surgery and sending the most beautiful bouquet of flowers post-suregery! Never once did I second guess the knowledge that was conveyed. Never once did I second guess the care I would be given before, during, and after. Never once did I second guess if surgical supplies and room would be clean. Never once did I second guess if all would go as told/planned. I also LOVED the imaging, which allowed me to have an idea of results. Then to top it off, I had a problem with abdominal pains (most likely unrelated to the surgery) during a post-op visit, in which I had to be rushed to the emergency room. i found dr epstein on real self What can I say.... I honestly cannot be happier with Dr. Epstein and his team. I am a 32 year old mother of two, who was no longer happy with my body! For 6 months I researched many doctors and their techniques/prices for a mommy makeover. Dr. Epstein offered something no one else in the area could deliver. I researched his techniques and procedures and they are tuely cutting edge (no pun intended) in his field. Meeting with Dr. Epstein during the consultation, he took me through post surgery, the progression on my physical appearance, timeline of recovery etc. and it blew away what all other surgoens were offering. I thought it was too good to be true. So, I left and did more search. Everything I found confirmed what I was told by Dr. Epstein. So, I met with Dr. Epstein again with my husband for a final consultation. He addressed all of our questions and concerns. That night my husband and I deceided Dr. Epstein was the doctor for me. The actual procedure we chose was the extended tummytuck and a breast reduction with lift. Within six weeks I had my mommy makeover. After my surgery i was able to walk out of the office & get into my car. Dr. Epstein called the night of my surgery and came and visited me in the morning just to make sure everything looked up to his standards. He coninued to show this type of care throughout my recovery process. Within a week I was back to my normal routine caring for my 18 month and 3 year old. As far as the results: I CANNOT BE HAPPIER!!!!!!!!!!! I am a whole new woman. The body I had before giving birth to my two children has returned! I am treated like I am the most important patient in the office! After my procedure, I spent the night in a local hotel that Dr. Epstein arranged for me, he and a nurse came to visit me for a checkup the following morning and continued to stay in phone contact me to ensure I was comfortable, which I was. He is so personable, that he even called me after hurricane Sandy to ensure my family was safe as he remembered I lived on the South shore. I am thrilled with my tummy tuck results. Pain was minimal (thanks to the innovative pain block injection I was given) and my tummy tuck was performed without the use of drains (Dr. Epstein is one of the very few doctors in the country to perform a drainless tummy tuck.) I found him through an Internet Search. I had read reviews of several surgeons in the area but decided to make my consult with Dr. Epstein's office, and I'm so glad I did. From consult to post op, I couldn't have been happier. I easily made my consult appt through email, and all the staff was so nice and so helpful with the entire process. Dr. Epstein answered all my questions, put me totally at ease, and offered me options, which I really loved. He isn't just there to crank out patients, and it shows that he genuinely cares about his work. He puts that extra effort in, like calling you the night of your procedure to check on you, and he includes many post op follow ups to monitor your recovery. He repaired my "bottoming out" and then replaced my saline with silicone, and the results far exceeded my expectations. I had brought a friend to pick me up, and she even commented to me that "he has such great bedside manner." I've already recommened him to someone I know, and would definitely recommend him to anyone interested in breast augmentation.
