Dr. Homayoun Sasson is a board-certified plastic surgeon with over 25 years in practice. The founder of Sasson Plastic Surgery, with offices in Manhattan and Great Neck, New York, Dr. Sasson is one of only a handful of surgeons worldwide with dual plastic surgery and surgical oncology training, making him as adept at reconstructive procedures for cancer and trauma patients as he is at rejuvenating the face, breasts, and body with advanced cosmetic techniques.
After earning his medical degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Dr. Sasson completed two residencies: one general surgery at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and the next in facial and reconstructive surgery at Yale New Haven Hospital.
Eager to perfect his craft and hone his expertise, Dr. Sasson continued his training with two fellowships, the first in surgical oncology at John Wayne Cancer Institute (now Saint John’s Cancer Institute) at the University of California, Los Angeles, and the second in hand and microsurgery at the University of Pittsburgh.
Dr. Sasson is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
He has been honored with numerous awards, including being named a Castle Connolly Top Doctor in the New York Metro Area every year since 2014. He has also received Patients’ Choice 5th Anniversary Award, the Compassionate Doctor Award, and Best Teacher Award (Northwell Health).

$250. If a procedure is deemed as non-cosmetic and is covered by insurance we will submit a claim for the consultation. Most breast reduction surgeries are deemed as non-cosmetic and are covered by most insurance policies. If you sign up for a procedure, the consultation fee will be deducted.
