Best Decision of My Life

Dr. Zimm and his team have been incredibly attentive, providing me with all the information and support I needed before, during, and after my recovery. I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor to perform my primary septoplasty. He’s a true artist and perfectionist. I’m beyond happy with my results - subtle and natural, so that I still look like myself, just more refined. After researching many doctors, I was drawn to Dr. Zimm’s ENT background, especially after hearing stories

Best Decision Ever

I’m a guy that was unhappy with my nose and felt self-conscious about my appearance. Not only was my breathing obstructed with a deviated septum that impacted my daily life - leading to chronic sinus infections - but I had a nose that did not suit my face and deeply impacted my self-esteem. I’m in my twenties now and have wanted a rhinoplasty ever since I was in high school - but the idea of surgery was terrifying. I finally began my search in 2023 and went to three different

The best experience - absolutely in love with my new nose

When it came to booking a rhinoplasty, I searched for the best doctors ranging from Beverly Hills to NYC, and Dr. Zimm truly was the only doctor that stood out to me. His work is unique to each person which I really loved, no cookie cutter noses over here! His team is lovely and so accommodating, which made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Zimm thoroughly explained the entire process and answered any questions I had, as well as Mariela who I am so thankful for. I am only 3 weeks post

Amazing Doctor, Staff and Overall Experience

I was lucky enough to get a rhinoplasty procedure as a birthday present from my partner. When I started the search for a surgeon, I was quite clear that I did not want to carry out the procedure in Scandinavia (where I am from) but preferably the US and then preferably NYC or LA, as I have the impression that the best doctors are located there. The search for the right surgeon seemed overwhelming. I was terrified of choosing the wrong one, not getting the right chemistry, etc..

3rd rhinoplasty to repair nasal valve collapse and a puncture

Don’t go anywhere else. I had my 3rd rhinoplasty to repair nasal valve collapse and a puncture. It was a very intricate surgery. I looked all over the country for the best surgeon. Make sure ALWAYS to look at front pictures of before and after. Most surgeons just show the sides. Dr. Zimm performed a miracle on my nose. I hope I can help someone else by leaving this review. My life is changed both breathing (I could not breathe and barely smell) and looking. Oh my gosh it is truly

Exceptional transformation - newfound confidence and love for myself

I recently had the privilege of undergoing rhinoplasty with Dr. Zimm, and I cannot express just how thrilled I am with the results. Five months post-surgery, I am more confident than I ever imagined I could be, and I can genuinely say that I love my nose now. Dr. Zimm's expertise, kindness, and attention to detail truly transformed my life. From the very first consultation, Dr. Zimm impressed me with his thoughtful and compassionate approach. He took the time to listen to my

He's the best - my nose is better than I could have ever imagined

I was not going to go through with rhinoplasty if I didn't find the perfect surgeon, and I immediately knew that I found who I was looking for when I had my first meeting with Dr. Zimm. He is everything you want in a surgeon - a professional at the top of his craft with a bedside manner that is rare to find. He is, first and foremost, incredibly kind, and allayed fears that had prevented me from exploring rhinoplasty before. My nose is better than I could have ever imagined.

My results were better than I could have ever imagined

I've been self-conscious about my nose since I was young. I got a consultation when I was 18 but I was too scared to move forward with the procedure. Several years later, I got another consultation and was still not completely convinced that it was the right decision. I was nervous that it would completely change my face or have that classic nose job look that I hated. Unfortunately, it was one of those insecurities that I couldn't get past. 10 years after my first consultation,

If You Want the Best, Go to the Best.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Zimm and his staff. I spoke with many plastic surgeons prior to making a decision and I can tell you it was the best one I ever made. Dr. Zimm, Susie, Heather not only made me feel comfortable, but also treated me like family. I was very nervous, as anyone would be going in for a rhinoplasty, and between them all my fears and what I wanted were more than reassured. I am only 1 week out, and I am already in love with my results. If you

I really feel like they have gone the extra mile for me

Dr. Zimm and his team are amazing. I am currently around 2 months post op and I'm so happy with the result of my new nose. It really fits my face so well, and you wouldn't even know I had surgery because it just looks so natural. Him and his team are so genuine and really tried to make me comfortable throughout the entire process. Something that stands out about Dr. Zimm is that he is very realistic and upfront about what he can do with your nose, and doesn't try to sell you perfection,
